I wrapped one arm around Edda and held a torch up with my free hand as we descended into the dungeons.

"It's dark," she murmured.

"It's the darkness that brings the terrors" I said. As I approached a barred door and pulled out the key from my coat, she clung onto my side.

"Please..." She mumbled, looking down at her feet when I turned to her  "I don't want to"

I didn't answer, pushing open the door and going in with her as she continued to hold onto me.

I shined the light to the left, where all my flaying tools were. "Now, those are weapons of destruction. Forget wildfire, swords, and magic, those little blades take away the humanity in people who question mine"

She followed the light with her eyes as I shined it to the right, and it took her a second to realize what she was staring at. Soon after, she screamed so loudly it hurt my ears.

"My love, it's alright!" I chuckled, "He was an iron born, nothing more"

She was balling her eyes out as she burried her face into my cloak, not able to bare the sight of the old, flayed man.

"Edda-" I tried to calm her down, chuckling.

"Just kill me now!" She hollered, pushing herself off me, her voice chocking with tears "Let me die! Please, just let me..."

She fell onto her knees before the flayed man, unable to look away from his bloody face.

All of a sudden, Roose and five other Bolton men paraded down into the dungeons, my father bursting open the door.

He froze when he saw Edda, a breath of relief escaping his lips. "Take her to her room!" Roose commanded, walking over to me.

"Good morning, father-"

He slapped me so hard across the face it left a mark. I recovered soon after, giving him a confused look.

"I sent your whore Myranda to wake the Stark girl up and she returned without her! As soon as I heard her scream I thought I had lost the heir to the North," he screamed, clutching his chest. He paused, his breathing becoming steady and his face calm but serious.

"... I only meant to show her what happens to those who hurt her-"

"She would rather die, Ramsay, than have you flay anyone else... She will most likely try and kill herself before the wedding so she won't have to marry you"

I nodded, pursing my lips. "I understand father"

Roose shook his head, and then headed upstairs. I looked over at the flayed man to my right, smiling. "If you ask me, I think you look quite charming to say the least"
