Previously on G. O. T. Dragon's Fire. . . .
She walked casually to the front entrance. Since, she was a lady and ladies did not run -remembering how many times her younger sister, Arya had been yelled at for not acting like a proper lady.
Her eyes widened at the sight.
She could see Daenarys and Viserys. Daenarys stepped out from her brother's side and walked forward. The noise she had heard were the thunderous gallops of a thousand horses with a whole tribe of Dothraki.
One of them dismounted. Then Sansa soon realized what was happening. Daenarys just met her future husband.
Now. . . .
Sansa took a confident step forward although her soon to be husband and lord stopped her from walking closer if his grip on her shoulder was anything to go by. His eyes peering into hers - his eyes conveying a silent message to stay still and quiet.
Her earlier thoughts now forgotten, as the gentle whips of wind blew against her revealed skin - compliments of the dress she was now wearing.
Sansa continued to watch silently her heart beating erratically as Dany walked forward in a dress of a purest blue like the sky above. The dress had also been see through - as many yells and whistles blew, 'typical men' she thought.
Her soon to be sister met the horse lord of the Dothraki. Kahl Drogo. From what Sansa knew of the Dothraki they did not take anything without a price. They were honorable, but only in that aspect.
"Why is an army of Dothraki here in Essos?" Sansa lightly questioned her brows inched up in confusion. It was the first time she saw men that brown from the sun-she had been used to the pale skin of men; used to the colder climates of the North.
It was Tyrion who had been behind her and answered, "it looks like an alliance had been formed. Am I correct in my assumptions, Lord Targaryen?"
Tyrion's quick guess had Sansa wondering why Daenarys needed to marry the Khal. Where her own people - her family could help. She missed them more then ever - she later thought.
"Yes. My family has waited decades to reunite ourselves with the lands of Westeros. To claim the Iron Throne as is our birth right. With the Khal's marriage to Daenarys his army of horses and Dothraki are under my command - in order to battle and take back what has been taken from us we need an army to back us up. "
Viserys explained never wavering his eyes - his eyes never leaving the still form of his sister as he watched the Khal lift her up and place her on top of the white stallion the Khal gifted her.

.Sansa was led back inside by Viserys followed by Tyrion. Khal Drogo led her soon to be sister off as the wedding would take place at first light on the morrow.
She had a lot to think about. She was certain she wanted to marry Viserys Targaryen. She was a Stark - a wolf in a dragon's lair -yet the thought which should have made her afraid; made her feel calm instead.
The Targaryen Lord that everyone talked about like a monster wasn't true at all he had been nothing but kind to her since she had arrived; he was her savior, and she would do practically anything for him.
"Now Sansa, tell me more of your dream. Specifically - the dragons."
.
.
.
.
.Sansa spoke about the rest of her dream. About how her whole body felt weightless - the brush of the wind upon her - the total freedom she felt. Explaining how she had felt like a caged bird back in King's Landing at the Red Keep.
The Targaryen Lord was awed at Sansa. How she explained things in full; how she had kept strong in such harsh times. Mainly when she was held captive with the Lannisters who dared put a false King on the Iron Throne.
It made him angry hearing about what the false King - Joffrey Lannister- had done to her - although he could thank him for sending him Sansa. It seemed like the both of them had that in common. By that he meant the harshness of the people and the world they lived in.
Both of them hadn't asked for their parents to be taken away from them. They hadn't asked to be victims by a corrupt society. And , the both of them hadn't asked to meet each other, but it seemed like this one time the fates did one good thing.
And it was bringing together the polar opposites of fire and ice.
