Mickey
-

After Harry left, her thoughts were swirling with images of his green prominent eyes, the way it shined more brightly under the lights of the coffee shop, it dazzled her. It felt like as if she was looking at the stars.

Mesmerized she couldn't quite focus with the man babbling beside her. She scolded herself for being so disrespectful to the person beside her.

She slowly tuned in to what he was saying, "— there's this party happening on Friday and I was wondering if you'd wanna come?"

One thing to know about Mickey is that she disliked parties, even if you told her that there was going to be free ice cream, she would rather stay at home and binge watch The Flash tv series.

" I really don't do parties." She started fiddling with her fingers, it was wrong of her to decline Kent's offer, but she just couldn't let herself go to parties.

"Come on, it'll be fun. I swear," Kent was clearly trying with all his power to make Mickey go to the party, but she knew even if she declined his offer once again, he would't stop bugging her about it.

"Fine." She sighed, Kent suddenly jumped up from where he sat; his eyes widening. He lips formed a huge grin, "That's great! When do I pick you up? Is seven fine? What's your address?" Kent sputtered all of his questions, he was flabbergasted that she agreed.

She gave him a soft smile, "Seven will be fine, Kent." She found it adorable on how he reacted, she took a pen from her purse and scribbled down her address on a random sheet of paper.

"Is it okay for me to leave now? I don't want to keep you, er... maybe you should follow Harry."

Concerned, maybe?

"Ah, yeah. I guess I'll see you soon Beau" He smiled,

"Beau?" She asked confused

"It means beautiful silly" He chuckled.

Flustered, she stood up not knowing what to say. "Ah, well— er... Bye!" She grabbed her purse and left the coffee shop quickly. She was not used to all of this attention, Mickey didn't really expect the Kent Foster to call her beautiful. She was flattered and all but it will take sometime to adjust to.

She continued walking, thoughts were swirling and swirling in her head. Those dazzling eyes she could just not forget.

She entered her apartment, the whole place was still a cluttered mess. She didn't fully unpack her stuff when she came home. She immediately went out to see what has changed when she last visited, honestly nothing has changed and that delighted her.

I need to shower

She headed straight to the bathroom, her environment quiet. She stripped off her clothes and climbed into the shower. She cleansed herself, scrubbing and rinsing the remaining soaps and bubbles.

She turned off the shower, she grasped the towel and wrapped it around herself. Mickey stepped out of the bathroom and decided to unpack after she changed.

Feeling more refreshed, she played some music to liven her apartment as she unpacked her stuff. She then started dancing, her legs moving as she swayed to the beat. Mickey, wouldn't call herself a great dancer, but in reality she is a phenomenal dancer. Her mother would watch her perform all time, especially when she was little.

Turning off the music, Mickey then let out a breath as she took a look around her apartment, she wasn't even nearly done unpacking but the only thing that was on her mind now was food. Her stomach rumbled at the thought of food, she was thinking about getting food from the grocery store but the tiredness and jet lag was getting to her.

Pizza delivery it is then

She grabbed her phone, clasping it tightly. Her slender fingers slid across the screen and ordered a box of pizza for herself.

It was certainly going to be a long evening.
