Sleep.

I use to wonder what it would be like to not be able to sleep at night. I could get eight hours with no fuss. Eight hours started to diminish. Seven. Six. Five. Four. Four was my favorite number so it was okay. Four. Four. Four. Four. Three. Two. One. Zero. Zero. Zero. Zero. Twelve. Three. Nine. Two. One. Four. I'm afraid now of experiencing things that use to confuse me because the older I get, the more real it becomes. Heartbreak. The thought of heartbreak terrifies me. The thought of heartbreak makes the thought of lack of sleep seem childish. One destroys you for days, one destroys you for life.
