The morning rays drifted filtered through the stained glass windows, covering the wooden desks with splashes of reds and blues. The hushed whispers filled the room with a hum along with the energy of excitement for their first day at Farenhaven. The most elite school in the world, the headmaster was part of the Ancients, a group of seven witches and wizards who were created at the beginning by the gods and goddesses. All the seven taught there along with other witches and wizards that were worthy and powerful enough to hold their positions.

The chairs scraped against the stone flooring and all conversations came to a halt as a the toll of the large bell rang throughout the estate. The ringing meant that class had just begun, the anxious witches and wizards filled the air with their nervousness and could barely contain their excitement.

The room was rather large, holding 30 desks which all faced away from the doors and towards a barren wall with only a large white tapestry to cover it. Along the two walls adjacent to it were floor length windows, the navy blue drapes were pulled open. Large bookshelves lined the walls as astronomy charts were haphazardly put onto the wall. Two large mahogany desk were put on either side of the white tapestry with high backed black chairs, fit for a king. A rather unimpressive wooden door with the number 247 engraved on it was the entrance to the room.

The door swung open as two hooded figures glided across the classroom slipping along the outskirts of the desks as they made their way towards the front of the room. They moved in perfect unison, while one figure was tall and broad with the faint lining of muscle could be seen, while the other was shorter and thin moving with the grace of cat. They took their positions in front of their respective desk and looked at the expecting students. They took off their cloaks and robes laying them over their desks.

Silence filled the room as the students gazed upon their teachers with terrified curiosity. The shorter of the two figures was a woman looking to be in her late teens early 20s, with skin as white as the moon and hair as black as the midnight sky. Her body was sculpted softly, round curves were shown by an airy white blouse and skin tight leather pants. Her feet were hidden by beneath grey heeled boots. Her eyes mirrored her partners which were a captivating blue. The taller figure was a man and much like the woman he had the pale white skin, and the dark unruly hair which was tied back at the nap of his neck. His muscles rippled underneath the navy blue t-shirt that clung to his chest and a pair of black slacks covered his legs and simple loafers completed his look, his face was strong and carved out sharply. They gave off and inhuman beauty that was envied by many.

"I am Josephine Perolie and this is my twin brother Jackson Perolie, you may call us by our first names." Josephine's voice filled the room and sounded angelic, it was soft and soothing.

"We shall be your teachers for Astronomy and Dark Creatures." Jacksons voice boomed compared to his sisters. It commanded armies and kept everyone from losing focus. They both stared out at the crowd of students who hesitated on asking their questions.

Josephine smiled out at the group placing a hand on her brothers burly arm. She was tiny compared to him and it was evident they were related and it couldn't be mistaken.

"We are twins, born from our mother Nyx, the goddess of the night. We are the youngest Ancients and a force to be reckoned with. Jackson will teach you the stars and the planets, while I shall teach you about all the deep dark monsters that used to hide underneath your beds." Josephine said walking up one of the aisle of desks looking at every face she passed, "If you have any questions, now is the time to ask."

Almost all 28 students raised their hands and a light laughter came from everyone at it. Jackson leaned against the desk and nodded his head to a red head whose glasses were slipping from her hooked nose.
