This Is The First Time

intro

It was a rainy day during the school holiday . Since i like to play with rain so I go out from my house .

"Waaaa so fun" I was so happy till i don't even know there is a person watching me behind the bushes . What is that person doing
"Yah,what are you doing ? " "You want to die now ? " I'm really angry at that person .
"Sorry , I just hide behind these bushes and i saw you so i look at you and I don't want to stalk you actually . Again sorry"
He ran up fastly after he said it . Actually I was really angry but being looked at him, I laughed .

But who is him ? Is he my neighbour ? But i have never seen him before
