Chapter 21

Niall's POV

It's been 2 weeks since the operation and Megan is still in a coma.

The operation went perfect.

We had to cancel our tour because of my condition.

Now it's in 4 months time so we have more to time to practise and I have more time to recover.

I'm worried about Megan.

She has woken up before but nothing to long it was mainly because she was on these drugs which made her freak out ,a lot.

I hope she's fine.

The doctors still don't know what happened to her and why she past out.

They think it was because she was in shock about something then something kicked in that causing her to be in a coma.

I'm still in the hospital but I get to go home today.

"Hey Niall!"yelled Louis popping his head through the door.

I waved and looked down.

"How is she?" I asked.

"Who,oh Megan" he said nodding his head.

"They are going to try to wake her up today." he added.

I haven't heard her beautiful voice in ages and it hurts.

I promised her I wouldn't let her get hurt and look at her now she's in a fricking coma and I can't help her.

"I was going to ask her out" I whispered.

Louis stood there with his mouth open.

"You were gonna what?" he yelled.

"That is so sweeeeeet" he added.

I think is started to blush because he cracked up laughing.

"Hello Mr Horan,today is the day you can go home." said one of nurses who was holding a clip board.

"Can you sign here please?" she asked.

I signed the papers and asked how Megan Benson was going,since I haven't seen her in 2 weeks.

"Who?" she asked.

"Megan Benson,in room 512."

"There is no Megan Benson in room 512 but theres a Megan...oh" she drifted off by the end.

She left the room but returning with Liam,Harry,Eleanor and Zayn aswell as a doctor.

"Hello guys we have some new news about Megan in room 512."

Oh shit please say she's alive.

"Is she alright."

He nodded "But i don't think you guys will be after I tell you what i wanted to."

We all frooze.

"We have been told that her last name is Benson,well we did a blood test and printed her birth certificate off and noticed her last name wasn't Benson it was um... Tomlinson."

We turned to face a pale Louis.

The room was silent until one of the nurses came bursting in.

"HELP DR NEWMAN IT'S MEGAN TOMLINSON SHE'S STOPPED BREATHING AGAIN." She yelled.

Eleanor,Liam and Zayn went running out of the room and followed the Dr Newman to Megan's room,leaving me,Harry and Louis alone.

It was silent until Louis let out a yelp kinda sound.

Harry and I turned to face him and saw he was crying.

I only had two thoughts in my head.

First one was 'Is Megan gonna be alright' and 'Louis will never let me date his sister."

"Louis did you know?" whispered Harry.

"I knew I had a long lost sister but I didn't know it was Megan." he answered.

"Wait what ,you knew you had a long lost sister and you never told us" yelled Harry.

"I didn't know how to." sobbed Louis.

Harry ran out of the room.

"You love her ,don't you?"

I nodded slowly.

"I won't ask her out" I whispered.

"No do before Harry does." he cried.

"I thought you were best friends with Harry though?"

"I am but I don't trust him in a relationship, diffinately if it's my sister."

I nodded and mouthed thanks.

All of a sudden Liam came running in.

"Megan's fully awake." he screamed.
