Addicted

Chapter 2

After 80 minutes of nothing but a boring lecture, class was finally over. Now I have economy and Audrey has physcology which made me a little sad because that means I won't have any friends in this class.

"I will meet you in the coffee shop after this class and we can get lunch or something" Audrey says to me before we go.

I nod and we go our opposite ways.

I'm a little nervous to see who's in my class so I sit in the back hoping nobody will notice my lonliness. As soon as I think about the fact I know nobody a loud voice interupts my thought.

"Hey I've never seen you around before and you look lonely so I thought I'd introduce myself. I'm Niall" a little blonde boy says to me with an accent that I think is Irish.

"Oh hi I'm Brielle. I'm a sophomore so that's probably why you've never seen me around."

"Cool well then you and your friends should come to this party tonight. It's gonna be sick. Here's the address... see you there hopefully!" he says with a smile as he hands me a piece of paper with a street name and number.

He sits a row ahead of me and takes his notes quietly during class.

After class he smiles at me before leaving and I find him to be really sweet. Audrey is gonna freak when she finds out about this.

I find Audrey sitting at a table alone waiting for me at the coffee shop.

"There you are gosh I have been waiting for like 10 minutes!" she says as I walk through the doors.

"Sorry took me a while to find my way around" I answer back apologetically.

"So how was class? Anything interesting happen?" she asks as we walk to a sandwich shop in the lunch courtyard.

"Actually yes! This really nice kid invited us to a party tonight and I thought that was very ni-"

"A PARTY? SO WE ARE GOING? FIRST NIGHT AND WE ALREADY HAVE PLANS HELL YES!" she almost screams so that the entire campus can hear us.

"Woah there I never said I was going..."

"What?! Why not?!"

It's not that I wasn't a party kinda girl because I used to go to loads of parties in highschool, but I just don't know if a party is the right way to start off a new year.

"I don't know Audrey... I mean if you really want to go we can but I just..."

"Okay it's settled. We are going" she interupts me with a smile on her face.

I didn't want to burst her bubble and plus it does seem kinda fun. We finished our lunches and headed back to the dorm because we didn't have anything else on the first day. It was mostly freshman stuff that we thankfully didn't have to be apart of this year.

I decide to lay down to take a nap before we get ready for tonight.

"WAKE UP I CAN'T FIND MY BLUSH"

I jolt foward and look at my phone. Wow I ended up sleeping for 3 hours... now I should really be full of energy for tonight.

"It's under the sweater you threw on the vanity this morning you idiot" I reply while changing into black jeans.

I wear an aqua tank top with white converse because I know it's going to be hot in there tonight. I throw on some mascara and brush my hair before leaving.

We have to take the bus there because neither one of us have cars. I have never been to an off campus party before and I doubt Audrey has so this should be interesting.

We walk in and look around at the mass of people there. Girls dancing half naked on a table and a keg stand in the living room. I've been to parties before but never one like this.

"HEY! BRIELLE YOU MADE IT!" I hear the familiar voice from earlier.

I turn around to see Niall with four other guys... are they his friends because they don't look like people who would hang out together?
