Harry POV

I keep looking at my mum then back at Marie waiting for my mum to say anything but shes just standing there with no emotion on her face.

“Mum…” I warn

Her eyes snap up to me and I gesture towards Marie, her eyes widen and a smile instantly covers her face.

“Oh God no, I’m sorry. I mean it’s a surprise a good one just… I wish Harry would have told us he was bringing someone, I don’t know if I have enough.”

I look over at Marie as the color slowly starts to return to her face and she smiles shyly.

“I mean, I didn’t buy new sheets for Harry’s bed and I don’t know if I have enough food now… I’ll have to go to the store again”

“Mum, you’re rambling.” Gemma butts in

“It’s okay Mrs. Twist I don’t need much and I can sleep on Harry’s floor or something…” Marie said as she slowly started to lean away from my body but I quickly pulled her back wrapping my arm around her shoulder.

“No, no, no Harry has a lovely sofa in his room that he is more than welcome to sleep on while you sleep on the bed. At least the sheets are clean. It’s nice to finally meet you Marie” My mum smiled at Marie who returned it with a slightly awkward one

“Although” Robin Started “He didn’t tell us you were so beautiful”

Of course. I rolled my eyes at his comment.

“Yeah Harry talks about you constantly” as soon as the words left her mouth her hand flew up and covered her mouth. Marie looked up at me as a blush crept to her cheeks.

“You two are such saps” It aka Gemma cut in, “Anyway I want to take Marie to lunch and do a bit of shopping” She looked over to Marie and gave her a mischievous grin, I instantly tighten my grip on Marie and pulled her closer to me… If that’s possible.

“Muuuum!!!” I whined, it’s a bit childish but it usually works

“Gemma,  Wh-“

“Ugh, please calm down, honestly! I just want to take her for lunch and go to one shop to get this twat a gift” She smirked before continuing “Two hours tops”  she promised

“I… Umm yeah. That would be fun, umm is what I’m wearing okay?” Marie asked and I can tell she was feelung slightly nervous

I looked over her outfit and took it in, my blue flannel with a black vest underneath, a pair of extremely tight black skinnies and a pair of high top black converse. I smile to myself, she looks good in my shirt…I need to give her more before she leaves on tour and probably never talks to me again once she realizes that she’s too good for me.

“You look fine; my brothers’ shirt looks good on you.” Gemma teased and I shoot daggers at her causing her to laugh “What I’m just saying what you were obviously thinking. Now if you will let her go we can go stuff our faces and shop”

Marie started to walk away but I grabbed her arm and spun her to look at me again.

“If she starts being a bitch” I said a little louder than necessary earning a scowl from my mum “You call me and I’ll come get you.”

Marie stared at me for a moment before she smiled and gave me a hug, she turned to join Gemma in the corridor, “I’ll be fine Harold” She laughed and before I knew it she was gone.
