Breaking Free

For the rest of the week Wesley came over and chilled with me. I found out he was a paid intern editing big name books.

Today Wesley and I were going to watch Netflix and binge eat. He seemed to be in love with my kitchen. Every chance he got he ate whatever was in the fridge. He was like a disposal. None of my food ever went to waste.

I was currently setting up the snacks in the living room. I grabbed some blankets from the pantry and sat them on the couch along with some pillows.

I turned on my Netflix and started surfing threw the movies before I came across frozen. Wesley was honestly obsessed. Just as I clicked it wesley came in the door. He smiled at me and threw all his stuff by the door.

"Hey". He spoke as he came over to me and kissed me on my forehead before plopping down next to me. I waved and covered myself in the covers.

30 minutes into the movie wesley got all emotional. I started laughing so hard and it turned into a tickle fight. But I wasn't fighting I was to busy being tickled. "Tic tic tic". He said as he tickled me. I almost fell off the couch before his strong arms wrapped around me.

He pulled me close and kissed me on the cheek. I never wanted this moment to end. Being in his arms felt like heaven. All the sparks that flowed through my body with just one touch. It was like a drug.

Soon wesley sat me down on the couch and I pouted. He stepped into the back room and answered a call. I patiently waited and soon I heard the door open and a confused angry looking wesley stepped out.

He walked over to his stuff and started to put on his shoes. "What's wrong?". I asked confused as to why he would leave. No answer. "Wes?" I called. "I have to go". He snapped before walking out.

Wow. So rude. I started to pick up all the drinks and snacks before the door opened again. I didn't look up to see who it was just kept cleaning. A pair of arms wrapped around my waist. "I'm sorry". He whispered in my ear. I pulled away and continued cleaning before walking to my room laying on my bed. "You can let yourself out". I yelled.

4 hours later I was still up. I couldn't sleep so I decided to take a shower. I turned the water on to mostly hot and stepped in.

I stayed in there for what felt like hours when it was only 30 minutes. The water began to get cold so I turned it off and got out.

I was still bored and couldn't sleep but then my laptop started to chim signaling I was getting a call. Sitting on my bed I answered the call to see a frowning Wesley. "Are you mad at me" Wes pouted. I ignored his question and started to braid my hair. He started to hum a familiar tune. "Is it to late now to say sorry?" He sang. "Dont even start". I laughed. "Cause I'm ...Sing it with me". He urged on. "Missing more than just your body". We sang in unison.

"Look Wesley I'm not mad at you but I need to sleep I'm having a family event tomorrow". I spoke. "Cool may I come?" He asked.

My heart instantly raced but my mouth moved before I could even process it. "Ye.. Sure". I said quickly giving him the address and time of the event before closing my laptop.

As soon as I did I started to drift off. Thinking of all the things that could go wrong tomorrow.

Update tomorrow. After Sunday I'm starting an update schedule for every other day so that the chapters can be longer and more detailed. Bye c:
