Demon In the woods

There's only artificial light,
It's always like this,
All day and all night.
My father had warned me that snakes will bite,
And I always did what he said,
But out of spite,
I wandered into the woods one night.
I found out that there are other things then snakes that bite,
They hide and wait till the timings right,
I lost my soul on this very night.
My eyes are black,
My hair is long,
The only thing that I can say is the words to a song,
"Hush little baby,
Don't say a word,
Your disembodied spirit will remain blurred,
Hush little baby,
I feed off your cries,
Any comfort you feel is a lie,
I have you now and your going to die."
