"A flower....something so beautiful and so.....pure. If you were to crumple the flower it would never go back to its original state. If you pull all of the leaves off the flower and attempt to place them back in order it won't be the same. That flower represents innocents...to you your virginity. In God's eyes a female holds onto her virginity until she is happily married. Do you understand ______?" Grandmother Ginger spoke.

"Yes I understand." I mumbled looking down at the crumpled and broken flower.

"Ma it's not that serious!" sparked my mother.

"Mom! Shh!" I snapped back.

"Do you understand _____ that you must hold on to your innocents until you're married?" asked Grandmother once again.

"Yes ma'am I do." I said gently stroking the flower.

"Good." Grandmother said with a gentle kiss to my head as my mom rolled her eyes.
