I woke up to the sound of my mom telling me to get up before I'm late for school. I quickly changed into a pair of jeans and a blue t-shirt, brushed my teeth than went downstairs to find mom packing my lunch bag and dad reading the newspaper. I walked up to mom and kissed her check than did the same with dad. I grabbed my lunch a ran to school before I was late.

When I got to my locker I saw my best friend Emily waiting for me in a purple dress with cowboy boots which really looked good with her blond hair and blue eyes, I swear sometimes she looks like she's ten but I guess that's to be expected I've always thought of my self as a plain Jane in comparison to Emily if I'm being honest.

"How are you always late?"asked Emily in a slightly amused tone which I did not find funny.
"it's not my fault, growing girls need sleep to grow," I exclaimed annoyed. I'm 7 years old and I'm 4'3 while Emily is 4'9 sometimes I think it's not have that my friend is blessed with everything.
"Oh quit worrying your not even in double digits yet, so trust me your grow now let's get to class before we get yelled at by Mrs. Johnson for being late again," I grab my books from my locker and followed Emily into class.

It's been 15 minutes since the bell rang and still no sign of Mrs.Johnson.
"Where in the world is Mrs.Johnson class should of started 15 minutes age?" I ask Emily who just shakes her head and says I don't know. Right at that moment are principle Mr. Hanson walks in with a beautiful women behind who looked like she could be a model with her long dirty blond hair and the most beautiful green eyes I have ever seen.

"Class I would like to introduce Miss Greenwood who will be your new teacher for the rest of the year in place of Mrs. Johnson who decided to take a well earned vacation," Mr. Hanson explains. I look back at Emily who just shakes her head as confused as I am right now. Mrs. Johnson never mentioned this to us yesterday so I found it a little weird she never said anything.

"Okay class I know I'm new so I'm going need your help for what you've been doing up till now," said Miss Greenwood but by then I know longer cared what was going on so I just stared at the window to the flower garden I was in charged of taking care and mentally reminded myself to water it before I went home.
