"Jack, Jack, Please help me!" Madison screamed. I ran towards the river near the woods. Then I remembered the rule. Never go into the woods, just watch. Today I was going to break this rule. I ran towards Madison, and she sprinted into the woods. She didn't seem like she needed any help from me. I decided to follow her into the woods.
"Shit," I mumbled. I was lost. Madison was somewhere around here I could hear her screams. I looked around to try to find something familiar. When I turned around there was a locket on the ground. I picked it up and opened it. Inside there was a picture of a girl. The picture seemed pretty old since it was in black and white. As I put the locket in my pocket, I heard a voice. "What the hell do you think you are doing?" I spun around to see a woman in a torn up dress. She had leaves in her hair and her makeup was smeared down the side of her face. "Um-Uh.. Hi, I was just looking," I replied. She smirked then disappeared.
"That was strange," I said to myself. I began walking deeper into the woods. Madison's screams died down when the lady appeared. I wonder if they had any correlation.
The farther I walked the colder I got. I began to see my own breath. There were shadows all around me. "Lost?" I turned around and saw the lady again. Madison's screams filled my ears. I fell to my knees and layed on the ground. The woman laughed, and moved behind me. I screamed in pain as she shoved a knife into my back. "No stop, st-st," I murmured. Then everything was black.
