Rescue mission

You nearly fell from your bed with loud question „Where is Wolfgang?!".

The room was dark and quiet. Only sound beside your question was Sigi's occasional snort. You blinked few times to get fully awake. Others were sleeping on beds to your left, but one bed was empty. You started to frantically dress up which only resulted in you on your butt as you tried to wear your pants as shirt.

„Pssst! [f/n]! What are you doin't man?" voice whispered from dark where you assumed Vinc to be. While your eyes were still trying to get used to dark you answered, slight panic present in your voice. „We forgot Wolfgang! I have to go for him! You with me?" you found your shirt and pulled it over your head (you slept just in your shorts, too bad for Yang she wasn't there :D). „You with me?" you asked Vinc again. „Umm sorry man, but I don't think I will be able to move till morning..." he whispered and you looked his direction. With your eyes finally adjusted to dark you saw what meant.

The last bed was empty because two people shared one. Vincent was laying completely taut and next to him was Leni. Well... next to him wasn't the best way to describe it. She had her hands around Vinc and from the look o fit she held him quite tightly. You had to hold yourself to not to laugh. He answered with slightly annoyed look. „Don't laugh! I can't even move and..." he stopped as she moved her head on his shoulder and nuzzled to it. „I'll leavu you love-birds alone then, but try not to wake up Sigi!" you joked as your friend's wolf ears perked up as reaction to his situation. He smirked at you „Just go for the pup! And [f/n]? Be carefull, but take your time.". You chuckled and quietly sneaked out.

‚Now, how do I gonna get out?' you thought, looking around the empty hallway. ‚Yeah. Deffinitelly that way!' you picked one direction, almost sure it was the bad one.

The hallway was really long. And you felt like you were getting further from your objective with every step. As if it wasn't enough you were pretty nervous. Not that you were scared of finding Wolfgang alone in the forest, but... What if miss Goodwitch would find you in night time outside your dorm? What if she find you after you have Wolfgang with you?

Lost in thoughts you weren't paing attention where you go and stumbled over something. „Oh bollocks!" you cursed quietly. However the sound of your little incident attracted attention of the black haired quiet girl of team RWBY. Doors to your right opened and head peeked out. „What's going on here? [f/n]? What are you doing on floor in front of our dorm?" Blake asked sleepily, but as she saw you, she tried to surpress a giggle. You made a ‚really?' face and stood up „Sorry Blake. I didn't mean to wake you, I just... slipped..." you mumbled and started to walk away.

The doors behind you closed, but Blake appeared next to you. You turned to her with raised brow. „Where are you going [f/n]? We are not supposed to go out at night." she whispered. „Uh-huh... Then what are you doing out here?" you chuckled as her face became even darker in surrounding darkness. Blake averted her face from you, as if she was controling the hallway „Very funny [f/n]! But really, where are you going?" she asked again „And I can't let you go alone. You need someone to look after you." she added with small, but still visible smirk.

Now you raised brow in surprise. Then you quietly laughed „Look after me? If I recall corectly it wasn't me who needed saving back at the bridge." you countered. But she didn't laugh. Actually her eyes fixed forward and wide open. It wasn't something she wanted to remember. „Blake... I'm sorry I didn't want to bring that up! I am an idiot..." you quickly appologized, but Blake was silent. ‚Good work [f/n]! And she could have been your friend you moron!' you mentaly scolded yourself with sad face.
