2 parts mandrake root
1 part hellebore
1 part nightshade
3 parts henbane
I part hemlock
4 parts wolfsbane
Instruction:
Mash and tear then mix them well,when this is done recite thrice:
With breath and east this spell
With dark of night and now take flight.
Don't chant:
Anoint the broom in thine potion well and fly this night for a witch's delight.
