Castiel walks into the motel room and finds Sam tied to a chair, and Dean nowhere to be found. Sam makes a muffled 'help' when he sees Cas, and bloods drips from his forehead. "Sam?!" Cas quickly runs over to him and starts untying him. There's a laughter behind Cas and he turns around to find Dean.
Dean smiles at Cas. "Honey, I'm home."
"Dean? Where were you someone tied up Sam and-"
Sam yells. "THAT IS NOT DEAN, CAS!"
Dean flicks his wrist and Sam and his chair fly against the wall, nocking Sam our cold. "Oops." He giggles.
"What the...Dean?" Cas backs up a little.
"Guess again." Dean skips towards Cas a little.
"Get out of him." Cas growls.
"Oh. That's hot." He smirks and steps even closer to Castiel. "Makes Deanie get all hard."
Cas pulls out his blade. "I said let him go!"
Dean laughs loudly. "Oh, now I'm scared."
Cas pins him to the wall. "What have you done with Dean Winchester?" He growls.
"I am Dean." He smiles. "I'm 100% Dean."
He glares at Dean. "What happened to you?"
"Hell." Dean smirks. "You didn't get me in time, buddy. This is all your fault."
Cas backs off. "No...I pulled you out at the time that I was told to." He drops the blade.
"You were too slow. Just minutes." Dean snaps his fingers. "Just long enough to break."
Castiel stays silent, still glaring at Dean.
"He still comes out every once in a while." Dean narrows his eyes at Cas. "The righteous man. The sweet hunter with a big heart."
Cas gets up and starts walking towards Sam. "He's your brother..." He helps Sam up, and wakes him.
Dean rolls his eyes. "You think that pathetic excuse for a man will beat me?"
"He'll have to watch you- watch you die." He sets Sam on the bed against the wall and walks towards Dean.
Dean snickers and opens his arms. "Go ahead, sport. Fire away."
"Just, shut up." Cas pins Dean harder against the wall this time.
"Big talk, no game." Dean leans his face into Cas' "that's right, you two have a profound bond."
Cas stays silent, he hears Sam's shaking breath in the background.
"You won't hurt me." Dean leans even closer, so their lips are almost touching. "You'd never hurt me. "
"I..." Cas' grip loosens on Dean.
Dean lurches forward into Cas' arms, and his breathing becomes labored. "Cas," he wheezes, clinging to him right. "Help. K-kill me."
"Dean?! You-I can't..." He holds Dean.
"Please." He takes a shaky breath, "I lo-" he's cut of by laugher, his own laughter.
"Stop messing with my head!" Castiel drops Dean to the ground and backs away.
"No, no." He stands up and brushes himself off. "That was your Dean. I told you he breaks through every once in a while."
Cas holds his head in his hands. "How do I know you're not lying?"
Dean thinks for a minute. "I guess you don't, but it's true."
Cas stays silent and looks at Dean. "Why?"
"Why what, Cassie?"
"Why would heaven let this happen?"
"Oh, um, I don't know. Maybe because they don't care." He says sarcastically.
"Don't call me Cassie."
"What about Cas? Can I call you that? That's my little pet name for you isn't it?"
He scoffs. "Only Dean called me that." Cas walks towards Sam and zaps him to a hospital.
Dean laughs. "I am Dean." He adds to no one, but he knew Castiel would be back.
