17. Care For Him

No one cared about the boy
No one saw him cry
Nobody asked him how he was
Now he wants nothing more than do die

No one cared for the boy
Nobody bothered to cheer him up
No one noticed he was gone
And he wandered streets like a lost pup

Nobody loved the boy
No one asked him to dance
Nobody believed he was sad
Nor did they give him a second glance

Everybody suddenly cared
When his dead body lay on the ground
Everyone started crying
When his pulse made no more rounds.

A/N: I made this poem because no one ever really thinks about the boy.. Everyone cares about the girls because people think they're more fragile- this isn't solid "facts" but from what I've heard/saw it seems like it.

"Everybody" expects the boys to be "tough" so the boys with depression try their best to hide it. You could usually catch it when you look at them again because they "always" assume that after 1 glance you'll never look at them again so they "relax" and freely let their sadness "show"

***NOW AGAIN!!***

This is not solid, concrete "facts" it's just based off of what I've seen and heard. I could be completely wrong though! So please don't kill me. I'm already killing myself with all these thoughts.

But if you agree or sympathize with the poem write in the comments. I like when people interact. (I mean I never had people interact but I see it on other people's stories and I'm kinda sad cause I don't get that :v)

I guess a kiddo can dream.
