Meeting The Lads

Chapter 22

~Skylar's P.O.V.~

"Morning sunshine!" I yell in Harry's ear and sit on his feet on the couch. He jumps at my unexpected greeting then laughs and opens his eyes.

"Uhm... I'm sleeping." he giggles, I laugh at him and lean my head on his shoulder. I can feel his smirk against my hair but I just close my eyes, not to sleep, but until he actually bothers to get up. I watch his hand lift up and try to find my face, when it does his thumb caresses my cheek in a soothing motion. I grab his hand away and intertwine them. I felt so comfortable in this position and never want to get out.

"Uhm.... Am I missing something here?" I here Ebony's voice enter the room.

"Maybe." Harry huffs while his eyes still closed. I nod my head and raise my eyebrows at Ebony, she just laughs and walks away. I join next to her and Harry follows behind.

"Ill pay for breakfast, lets just go out." Harry suggests. I agree and me and Ebony get ready within ten minutes. I'm wearing a Jaws T-shirt and black skinny jeans then pull my hair up into a bun.

After I finish washing my face I grab my perfume and squirt some spray on my neck. I shove my phone In my back pocket and appear in the living room with Harry and Ebony who looked like they have been waiting for centuries.

"Took you long enough." Harry smirks and grabs his keys.

"Shut up." I demand him.

I snatch Ebony's purse off of the counter and hand them to her. " You really messed up your chance with Liam last night." I tell her and her head shoots up at me with a violent look.

"What are you talking about?" she questions as we walk out the door.

"Last night, you don't remember... you were being a real bitch to everyone, you stayed at Liam's the night before and then we went to the club you were at and you were fucking leaving Liam in the dirt while you were dancing with some guy!" I say louder than needed. She doesn't speak until we make our way to the car and Harry hasn't spoken yet.

"You didn't have to do that just now." she explains, trying to change the subject.

"Oh please stop trying to change the subject, do you seriously not remember what happened?" I ask once again, I really need to know the message she was trying to send last night, I don't know if she's purposely trying to break his heart or earn it, because she's definitely already shattered it.

"Last night, all I remember is going to the club with Liam an then..."

"And then what?" I raise a brow.

"You're being pathetic Sky, I know I did something wrong but sooner or later he will forgive me!" she rolls her eyes.

"How do you expect to get away with this so easily? You broke his heart Ebony and you will never earn it back. you did something terrible to him while he was watching and you can never take it back, he wanted to have a good time with you, he actually liked you but you broke any slim string of hope that was left for you guys. He watched you dance on that jerk at the club when you were technically cheating on him if I should say that. It would be nice to show that you actually cared once a while." Im out of breath by the time I'm done. And at this point I don't give a care if she feels bad because that's exactly what she should feel.

"You don't have to tell me anything Skylar, I know what I'm doing and I can handle myself. I know I did Erin and I was already planning to say sorry to him. I feel more than extremely bad about this and I shouldn't have drank that much last night, I was so wrong for doing that, I'm so sorry to you too Sky, I really am." she says and means it.
