Awkward Meeting

Maya POV
The school bell rings. I am, once again late for my bus, I get so involved in my school studies and I always have  so many questions to ask. After running to the bus stop, I am out of breathe and I sit down on the bus stop bench.

I look around the bus stop and no one else is here but something catches my eye, on the other side of the rode sat at the opposite bus stop is a boy. He looks rough, messy black hair, ripped jeans, a leather jacket and a serious expression on his face. I stare at the boy and I wonder what he is like.

Wow he looks scary! I think to myself as I take a deep breath.

Junior POV
"Jesus Christ when is the bus going to get here" I say as I sigh and I go back to searching through my phone. But all of sudden I feel like someone is staring at me. I look up and I see this girl looking at me, she immediately looks down. I sigh.
"God, another girl checking me out I must be looking good today" I smirk. I look at the girl again, she is writing in her notebook. She has brown short hair, nerdy clothes, no makeup and seems to be very tiny. I continue to stare at her.

Wow what a nerd! I think to myself.

Narrator POV
After a while the two teenagers eyes meet again, Maya doesn't know if she should smile or look scared. But instead Junior gives her a dirty look and sighs. She looks shocked, and has no idea what to do.

What a weird person, well she is a nerd what should I except. Junior thinks to himself

Again Junior looks disgusted at her and  pretends to throw up in his mouth.

God of course he is a dick, let's focus on my homework.
Maya thinks to herself as she continues to write in her notebook.

The wind is blowing through the trees and is making the bus stops move in the wind. Maya looks up and her glasses fly off her face and her hair is flowing with the wind. Her eyes sparkle in the light and she smiles whilst her cheeks turn slightly pink. Junior looks over at her,
"Wow," he says aloud "she is cute."
His face goes bright red and he tries to cover it with his jacket.

I hope she didn't hear that, God junior you got to get your act together, she is a nerd after;Well a cute nerd.  He thinks to himself whilst slapping his cheek to stop it from turning red.

Maya looks over at him whilst he is slapping himself. She looks confused and chuckles a little. Junior hears her and gives her a dirty look, she looks scared again and has no idea what to do.

Eventually, Junior's bus arrives he gets on and the bus drives towards the rich city. Then Maya's bus gets here and she gets on and the bus heads towards the poor village.
