I made it finally to this day.
Black gown sweeping the floor annoying tassel swinging in my face.
Voices screaming and shouting.
Hands clapping and tears streaming down parents faces as they begin to fill up mine.
My feet hit the stage and all eyes are on me.
It's my time to do it.
I did. I grabbed that diploma and I shook their hands and said thank you to all their congrats.
I walked off that stage the first in my family to graduate high school.
I didn't think I'd make, but I did.
I did it.
I graduated today.
