Ways You Know You're Obsessed With The Hunger Games

1. When you watch the movie, you say the lines along with the cast.

2. You bought a mockingjay pin.

3. You have passionate debates with your friends about Cato VS Finnick.

4. You're counting down the days 'til Catching Fire comes out.

5. You bought the three disk version of the DVD.

6. You have a separate reading list entitled The Hunger Games and it's full with books.

5. You ship Glato, Clato, Fannie, Galeniss, Peetnis, Glarvel and/or Heffie.

6. You spend hours online looking up Hunger Games pictures/videos/blogs.

7. You have heated debates with your friends about who Katniss should end up with (Forget Peeta or Gale, it's totally Cato!)

8. You get mad when people pronouce Cate-o as Cat-o.

9. Almost all of your friends have read the books because you forced them to.

10. You cried when Rue, Finnick and Prim died. And Cinna! (Thanks @hungergamesFan01)

11. You took up archery.

12. You read all the books at least three times.

13. When you hear the song Tic Toc by Ke$ha you sing the parody you found on YouTube. ("Heartaches, Peeta bakes, Finnick's giving mouth-to mouth......")

14. You bought the Hunger Games soundtrack and have memorised all the words.

15. Whenever you see a bee, you get really freaked out and scream, "It's a Tracker Jacker!! I'm going to die!!!"

16. You take online quizzes that tell you which character you are/ will you survive the hunger games?/ which district are you from.

17. You make a list (with photos) of the perfect people to play the Catching Fire characters. And Mockingjay.

18. You can recite the death order for the 74th Hunger Games.

19. Whenever your friends ask you for advice on something, you say "Stay Alive." Then laugh hysterically.

20. You plan out your strategy for the games.

21. You can recite the order of the Districts and their Industry.

22. For Halloween you dress up as Katniss Everdeen/ Seneca Crane/ Casear Flickerman/Effie.

23. You can say Effie's "May the odds be ever in your favour!" perfectly.

24. You wear your hair in a braid so you look like Katniss.

25. You can whistle Rue's whistle perfectly.

26. You have tried out speaking in a Capitol accent.

27. Every night before you go to bed you kiss your poster of Cato/Peeta/Gale/Marvel.

28. You re-enact the Hunger Games with your friends.

29. When Clove dies you start screaming "NO!!! I HATE THRESH!!"(My friend Starr65748 did actually do this.)

30. When you watched the movie you got annoyed because they missed out lots of the important parts (Madge! The red haired Avox girl! Peeta's amputation! Katniss's hearing loss!)

31. You search the web for hours hoping to catch a glimpse of photos of Catching Fire/Mockingjay.

32. The walls of your room are covered with Hunger Games posters.

33. Whenever you find yourself holding a knife, you fantasize about throwing it (Clove style!).

34. You are counting off the days until Catching Fire is in cinemas.

35. You make hilarious Hunger Games jokes and laugh like a maniac even though nobody else gets it or doesn't find it funny.

36. In your head, you're secretly dating Cato/Peeta/Finnick, etc.

37. Whenever you see something Hunger Games-related in a shop, you shriek excitedly and pounce on it immediately.

38. When writing on your computer, you have the words 'Avox' and 'Panem' added to your dictionary. And 'Mockingjay' and 'District'. Also 'Katiss', 'Peeta', 'Wiress', etc. (Thanks @clatorulesforever!)

39. When playing Scrabble, you insist that Avox is a word.

40. You secretly practice saying Katniss's lines, just to see if you'd be any good.

41. You suddenly develop a liking for lambstew /bread/ nightlock (ok, hopefully not that last one.)

42. You named your cat Buttercup.

43. For your dance/formal/social/graduation you buy a dress that looks like the one Katniss/Clove/Glimmer/Foxface/Rue wore in the movie.

44. During your sports class at school, you secretly imagine the good athletes as careers and the not-so-good ones as tributes in the bloodbath.

45. When Rue dies in the movie and Katniss salutes, you salute along with her.

46. You got really mad about all the errors in the movie (see number 30) but get over it because you love the Hunger Games so much.

47. You have decided to name your children after a character from the books.

48. You think about what your special weapon would be if you were in the Hunger Games.

49. Your classmates know you as 'the girl who loves the Hunger Games".

50. You practice writing your name as ____ Mellark, Hawthorne or Odair.
