EXAMPLE

1. Open your picture in Picsart and select the 'brush' option.

2. Then, click on the black litte box in the bottom left corner.

3. I don't know how to describe this part but you can see in the picture where to click on next.
That option let's you choose a color from your picture.

4. Choose the skin color of the person you're editing and then simply draw on their face. It is really easy.

5. At the end I just used a random filter and voila, that's it.

This could be really cute as a Cover theme.
