Morning. Such a relaxing thing. You hear birds, you see the beautiful sky and when you smell the air, you know it's going to be a fun day. As I wake, I stretch and as I smell the air, it wasn't the beautiful smell I was use to. It was gross air that, well lets be honest, could be a lot more satisfactory than it is right now. I look at my phone with slightly squinted eyes to see what time it was. 12:00 P.M. or as my parents called it along with most people, noon. Now,there was another problem when I woke up that I realized quickly. I'm not in my bed, I was when I went to sleep. I was in the back seat of a car. Why am I in a car and most importantly, who or what maybe, put me in the car? I look up to the front of the car, and I see yet another problem. The people in the front of the car are not my parents. Even more so, I've never seen them before. Now, maybe it's because I am only 10 and I have yet to meet most of my family. The woman in the passenger seat had noticed that I had woke and tapped, I assume her husband, on the shoulder and pointed back at me. He looked up at me through the rear view mirror and smiled.
"Hello son." Hello son. I've never heard such chilling words before. His voice booms in my head even now, and trust me, it's not an impressive boom. I finally get up the courage to talk and I look at the woman and ask a simple question. I had wished I just received a simple answer.
"Where am...where are we?" As I asked where we are, the woman smiled as though trying to give me comfort. However, her smile was more frightening than comforting.
"We are almost there. Just a little bit longer." Great answer. 'We are almost there.' Another question to ask. Where is there?
