Rain splash and thunder crash;
What a lovely night--
Lovely night indeed,
To be lying cozy,
Warm and safe.The lighting flashes,
Trees, cars, homes-- the rain washes
But my bed is warm
And my blankets are tucked. How unfortunate--
For the desolated.
Might we help them,
So we've been taught.Ripple effect on the pavement,
Cool breeze in the air,
A lovely night
To let down my hair.No cuddles,
But no worries.
What a lovely night,
To be starring at the sky.The sky so dim,
The sky so dark.
No stars shine,
Lightning flashes like wine.Thunder as though drums,
Slow and sincere hums.
What a lovely night,
A lovely night indeed.
