"I'm sorry. I already said it before!" Jimin rushed into the small, dim rehearsal room, following Minho, who was very fast.

"Why is it so hard for me to believe you?" The elder turned around, facing Jimin who just closed the door behind them.
Jimin snorted, "Why do you care anyway? I don't think my sex life is your business."

"It is, when you start with to flirt with our fans. We said we wouldn't do that. And that right now was the forth time you were playing with the heart of a poor fan." Minho pinched the bridge of his nose.
"I know we said that. By the way: it's not my fault, that the girls love me. And it's my private life after all."

"Jimin! It's not about you! There are other members which are affected too. You are staining our reputation. Why won't you see that?" Minho's voice was loud and the younger could hear how angry he was.
"If I'm such a big problem for you, why won't you just fucking leave?!", Jimin snapped and regretted his words the second he said them out loud. The moment he saw the hurt in Minho's eyes, he knew that he fucked up.

"I'm sorry", Jimin said quickly, touching the elders shoulder with his hand. "I don't want you to leave. None of us wants you to."
"But I'm going to... leave, I mean. I already made this decision a few days ago." Minho looked down, not making eye contact with Jimin who was frozen.

He couldn't mean it. Minho loved the band, he'd never leave. "What? Minho... you can't be serious! How are we supposed to play the gig next month without a drummer?"

"You'll find another one, I wasn't that good anyway." Minho turned around and started to pick up a pair of his sticks from the big table they were standing next to.
"You can't leave us now. You can't leave me now! We're friends."
Minho chuckled a bit, but Jimin could see the pained look on his face. "I love you and all of the guys, I really do, Jimin. And I love the music we make. But I just can't deal with the way everything changed, the way you changed. It's better for me to go and find my own way."
Jimin let out a bitter laugh: "Why do you keep saying this? I haven't changed." He pointed at himself. "Here... still the same. Still Park Jimin, guitarist of Young Nation."

Minho shook his head, "You changed, you just haven't noticed. They way you talk nowadays, your clothes..."
"What's wrong with discovering a new style?", Jimin interrupted him, sounding offended.
"Nothing, really. But it's this stupid bad-boy-rockstar attitude... that's just not the Jimin I know." With these words, Minho turned around and made his way to the grey steel-door of the rehearsal room. "I'm gonna come and get my stuff tomorrow and say goodbye to the others." Minho opened the door.
"Minho... please..." Jimin's voice was weak, just a broken whisper, a last attempt to save what already was beyond remedy.
The elder looked back at Jimin a last time, the boy with whom he formed this band, the boy who was part of the best one-and-a-half-year he ever had, the boy who changed so much, that Minho sometimes didn't recognize him anymore. "Goodbye, Jimin. Thank you for everything."
The door closed behind him and Jimin was left alone.

He felt tears welling up but wiped them away quickly. Jimin sat down with his back against the wall, unsure what to do.
Even if the others would be angry at first: They didn't need Minho, they would find a new drummer. Jimin was sure, that they will do great without him.

But why did it hurt like hell?

Thanks for reading. We hope you enjoyed it this far!
So.. the focus is not going to be on Minho. It's a BTS fanfic after all.
Lot of love.
