Chapter Four

[Chapter Four]

Jaclyn & Aradia POV:

'Who died and made her queen!?!?' Aradia hissed. 'Be Quiet! We dont have any weapons and i dont want any of those things coming after us!' It was dark at this point and the only light the 2 girls had was the flashlight on Jaclyns phone. All through the streets cars were crashed or abandoned. Their houses wasnt very far from the hospital thats why Jaclyn came to visit Aradia almost everyday, Plus she had promised herself that she would go and hunt down the creep that put her there in the first place. But thats a story for another day. Just as their neighborhood came into view, Jaclyn could tell that something wasnt right about her house because the front door was opened. They both snuck quickly up to the door and gasped when they took a look inside...

Sasha, Marisol, Cindy, and Jessica POV:

It took the girls a full 30 minutes to get to their neighborhood because there wasnt anymore taxi drivers. Once they made it the 4 girls split up to go check their homes. Sasha went to hers, Jessica and Cindy went to theirs and Marisol also went with Sasha  because the 2 girls mothers decided to be roomates since they've been living together since college and they didnt want to stop. The house was quiet, alittle to quiet.'Mom!?! Mrs.Ophelia!?! were home!' Sasha would look over at Marisol and she just shrugged. Going upstairs, Sasha peeped into her mothers room and suddenly burst into tears at what she saw. There in that room was her mother and Marisols mother feasting on Jessica and Cindys parents. Marisol came upstairs to see what was going on and began to cry aswell. Sasha hugged her friend tightly and tried not to look in the room. She knew what she had to do. 'Marisol, we have to stop crying. You know somewhere deep down inside our gut that we knew that our parents would be one of those things. Its time that we end them so they wont have to live like that.' Marisol would nodded and just retreated back down the stairs so she wouldnt have to be around when her friend killed the. Spotting a handgun in the corner of the room, Sasha would sneak over towards it and aimed straight at her own Mother. Before she could fire, A strong set of arms would wrap around the girls waist and pull her back out of the room. 'NO! DONT SHOOT! THE GUNFIRE WILL ONLY ATTRACT MORE OF THEM!' Turning around, Sasha came face to face with none other than Calum Ophelia. Marisols older brother. 'CALUM, WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU DOING HERE!' Sasha whisper shouted at him. ' Marisol didnt tell you i came home early? Thought i told her to tell you.' The boy would look up for no reason, Guess he had to think about it for a moment. 'Anyways! So your the only one that survived here Calum?' as she spoke, tears started to sting her eyes as she looked him in the face waiting for a response. 'Yeah i am...Look Sasha, Im so sorry you had to lose your mother this way But - Calum!?!? Is that you?' Marisol asked as she came back up the stairs. 'Yup.' he said, popping the 'p'. 'Oh my god! Hey! - Your gonna have to keep it down kiddo, Theres zombies in here.' Calum whispered. It was to late then, the zombies got up and began running towards them. 'We have to end this now Calum! ' Aiming once again, Sasha fired the gun and struck her mother dead in the middle of her head. The zombie fell over, now officially dead. Looking over at Calum, she'd seen that he had snapped his own mothers neck already and seemed abit shook up about it. Marisol was behind him for protection as she sobbed silently. Dropping the gun, Sasha slinked in her room and dropped to the floor and cried.

[1 hour later]

'Sasha?' Marisol poked her head inside the room. 'Sasha? C'mon bby, Get up.' Marisol walked over to her friend that was still on the floor in the fetal position and moved some hair out of her face. 'We've been here to long, Jaclyn, Aradia,Cindy, and Jessica are waiting for us. I know your really sad right now Sasha, but we have to head out. Its not safe here anymore.' Calum was standing in the doorway watching over the 2 just incase any surprise zombies show up. 'I dont want to leave, you guys go on without me.' She continued to lay there with a vacant look in her eyes. 'You know im not gonna leave without you. Your my family now.' Before Sasha could respond, She was cut off by some static then a voice.

Voice: 'Hello? Hello?'

Calum snatched the walkie-talkie out of his back pocket and spoke into it. 'Um,Yeah?'

Voice:' Are you human?? Or one of those things??'

Rolling his eyes Calum spoke again. ' A human! Duh DOOFUS!'

Voice: 'Ugh! Rude! Bye!' in the background you can hear someone say 'Oh my god! Will! Dont hang up on them!' 'You cant hang up a walkie talkie Dana!' 'Oh well MY BAD MR.RAPATTONI!' sitting all the way up, Sasha would look over at Marisol just as she looked at her, then they both would say in unison 'Rapattoni?'
