Chapter Six

[Chapter Six]

Coming out of the house with their supplies, Calum, Marisol, and Sasha met up with Jessica and Cindy who was outside in their front yard loading up the range rover. 'Wow, Looks like you guys packed the whole damn house!' Calum grinned and continued to stare at the almost full vehicle. 'Yeah, Theres alot of stuff we couldnt leave behind, but most of the stuff in the hut is food, medical supplies , and clothes. The stuff in the back is mostly weapons.' Cindy would only giggled at the confused looks. 'i guess my dad had a feeling something was coming soon because he had a secret room full of guns and Ammo, even some canned-- We talked to Dalton.' Marisol blurted out. I guess she couldnt hold it in any longer. Cindy face would twist with something Sasha was unable to read and stepped closer. 'What do you mean you guys talked to Dalton?? Dalton as in Dalton Rapattoni? As in Dalton from IM5? How did you two possibly talk to Dalton?' It was Sashas turn to speak since Marisol had went quiet right along with Calum. 'Dalton got through to the walkie-talkie Calum found.' He'd hold up the walkie-talkie and smiled abit. 'What did he say.' Jessica asked? 'Well, there was alot of static. We only had time to find out who he was and if they were okay. But, the only 2 voices we hear was Dalton and Wills.' Marisols face went pale as Cindy silently cursed. ' Hearing a loud crash and followed by it,  2 zombies came sprinting down the street. Jessica screamed and ran to get in the passenger side just as Cindy went to get in the.drivers seat. 'GET IN!! JUST TRY TO MAKE SOME ROOM!' Doing what they were told, Sasha, Calum, and Marisol squeezed into the back seat just as one of the zombies jumped on the side of the car and reached in clawing at Sasha. She'd squeal and scooted away into Calums arms. 'LET UP THE DAMN WINDO CINDY!' Cindy fumbled with the switch but nothing happened. 'IT WONT WORK! IT WONT LET!' The zombie grabbed a handful of Sashas hair and pulled her towards it. Sasha slapped at its hands as she tried to get away. Cindy pressed the button.one more time and ended up letting it down, The zombie in halfway but still pursued its prey, Biting into the young girls neck and tearing away some of her flesh. Marisol, who had snatched the gun out of calums pants fired two rounds at the zombie landing one bullet in its chest and another right between the eyes. The zombie fell out of the window finally dead as Sashas let out and agonizing scream. 'HELP HER CALUM! SHES IN PAIN!' Marisol was crying now and trying to reach for her friend. 'Shes bit Marisol, we cant save her.' Tears were streaming down his cheeks aswell as he cradle her head. 'I cant lose her...I just cant...' Jessica was silently crying in the front and Cindy was as stiff as a board watching from in the drivers seat.  Sasha had spit up some blood before she spoke. 'I believe this is the part where you leave the dying friend and save yourselves.' Sasha let out a painful giggle and looked up at Marisol and Calum. 'Were not leaving you Sasha! So shut up!' this only caused her to laugh once more but then winced 'Im dying...Theres nothing we can do now. ' Calum was still crying but he was also stroking her hair which was matted down with blood. 'I cant leave you...Your our family...remember?' 'i remember Mari... and ill still be your family..just not here. ill be with the rest of our family while you guys try to survive. i love all of you guys and i hope you dont end up like me....' Sashas eyes fluttered close as her breathing stilled. 'I love you to.' Calum whispered softly then pressed his lips 'pon hers and opened his door and scooped his dead lover up into his arms and carried all the back into her house and layed her on her bed as he placed on her black 'IM5' band tee. 'Atleast you look at peace...for now.' Withdrawing the gun he had took from Marisol, He'd check and see that there was only one bullet left. Putting the gun to her head, Calum fired the last bullet into her head as the tears flowed from his eyes..

'I wasnt gonna let you turn...You deserved better than that. You deserve to live peacefully in heaven.' he whispered. And just like that, out of nowhere 'Superman' began to fill the quietness that was within the room and Calum finished by singing

'Im not as strong as you think i am, Im no superman.'

before leaving out of the room and closing the door.

AHH!! THE TEARS!  OMG! THIS IS SO SAD! I CANT! I JUST CANT! </3
