***Aimee's POV***
I woke up, did my usual routine, then went to Anteiku. As I walked in I saw the usual staff there, I waved at Kaneki and Touka, then sat down at my usual table, I took out my book and started reading as usual.
"Hey, Riz-Aimee, the usual?" I stopped reading then stood still I sat my book down then looked over at Kaneki,
"What did you just say?" His eyes widened and he gulped
"Hey Aimee?" I narrowed my eyes
"What did you almost call me? Yeah I heard that." He backed up a little
"Uh, You just look like this one customer that used to come here." I stepped closer
"Listen here, If you know anything about Rize, you better tell me now." I said as I grabbed his collar
"I-I Don't know anything" I tightened my grip
"Sure you dont." Then I leaned in and whispered in his ear "Ghoul." He gasped
"O-Okay, I met her once, she came in here a lot, she ordered coffee and, and she was a ghoul." I narrowed my eyes
"Fine." Then I packed up my book and sat my phone down, "I'm going to the bathroom." Then I walked away.
**Kaneki's POV**
I looked over a Touka, she saw the whole thing, as did Nishiki, Enji, and Kaya.
I sat down where she was sitting, then looked out the window, then her phone started buzzing, I looked over and saw she was getting a call, it read
'CCG'
No. She can't be. She knew of Rize, and didn't turn her in, She knows of me, she didn't turn me in. What's up with her? Maybe it's just a nickname. Yeah it's a nickname. I was going to reach for it, when a hand beat me to it.
"What were you doing?" Aimee asked
"Y-Your phone was ringing." She turned around then answered it
"What. Wait-Really? 20th Ward? Okay, as it turns out I'm already in the 20th ward. I'm at Anteiku. Okay. Bye. See you then." Then she ended the call and turned around
"As it turns out, I've got a case. So I have to get going, make it two coffees for the go." I nodded then grabbed two coffees and gave them to her, she gave me the Yen and she was off.
"She knows about Rize." Touka said as she walked towards me "but how."
**Aimee's POV**
"Juuzou-Chan!" I called as I saw him, he turned around and smiled
"Aimee-Chan!" Then we high fived and I handed him a coffee
"I got you a coffee, too!"
"Thanks Aimee! There's been a ghoul attack, Andrew we think. I heard Jason's around again." I nodded
"Most likely, did they say why he came back?" He shook his head
"Nope, But they still think your sister is the binge eater."
"Ugh. Shes not." I said as I looked at Juuzou, he smiled
"It's okay, we'll convince them otherwise." Juuzou is actually good, I've known him since he was saved. He's my bestest friend.
"Ah, Juuzou, Aimee. You're back, we think Andrew has contact with Jason, so yeah he's most likely the binge eater. He's inside that building, you two go inside, we'll cover outside so we know he dosent escape." Shinohara explained as we nodded, and took out our Quinque's Then headed inside.
"Come out come out, Andrew!" Juuzou said, "I think he's upstairs, but just in case I'll stay down here, you can get Andrew." I nodded then ran upstairs,
"Ah, Hello there Rize." I turned around and there he was, Andrew
"I'm not Rize. I'm her sister, Aimee." He raised an eyebrow
"You're not only who were looking for's sister. But a traitor as well. A GHOUL working as a CCG Agent. How pathetic"
Then he lunged at you, his Kakugan clearly visible, then yours were too. You attacked him with your Quinque, making a large gash in his abdomen. As you did, you didn't realize he scratched your forehead with a dagger he had.
"Andrew, come with me and we won't kill you." He coughed up some blood, he nodded then passed out.
"Well. That was easy." Then I put his body on my back and started towards the stairs. As I walked a few steps down, suddenly he grabbed my neck and tried to choke me, then I fell, and we both rolled down the stairs. Once I hit the bottom I landed on Andrew, then I let out a breath I was holding, I heard Juuzou run towards us, then I remembered.
Where's my Quinque?
As soon as I heard a 'clink clink clink clink' I looked up, and saw my Quinque falling down the stairs towards me, I quickly covered my face with my hands and then when it stopped clinking I opened my eyes, Luck was on my side!
Or not.
I looked and saw where it DID land, it landed on a bunch of my hair. Great. I guess it's time for a haircut then.
