"ARE YOU OKAY!?!" i heard a yell, it was a very masculine voice. He walked out from the trees tall and muscular. I nodded and placed my hand on my chest. "Okay good" he said with a breath of relief.
He walked closer to me i didn't know if i should have thanked him so. "Thank you for saving my life" i said while tucking hair behind my ear. He nodded and extended his hand to me "the names Arkes" i looked at his hand for a moment and shook it "I'm Andrea" he smiled "wait you were the one who led us out of there weren't you?" I nodded but didn't smile because Damien came to mind. "Why are you here alone?" He asked curiously, i looked down at my neatly folded hands, "i just... wanted to explore a little bit" he looked at me noticing how nervous i looked in his presence.
"Do you mind if i walk around with you for a while? just cause i don't know where else to go" he asked and how could i resist those eyes. I nodded and we walked together avoiding every obstacle.
It grew dark and it seemed we lost our way, "we should probably sleep where we are for the night until we can find the others" he said with his soft masculine voice. I breathed in realizing how weird this felt walking alone with a complete stranger.
I looked at him for a moment just to catch another glance at his rather charming features. His full lips, his green eyes and his cut glass jawbones.
I took a deep breath and sat on the ground. The chilled air covered me from head to toe, i laid my head down And closed my eyes.
