*Jessie POV*

     It was the August 8th. The day of my 17th birthday, and I was so excited. Well I would be, once I decided to wake up. I was minding my own business, sleeping the day away. Until...
   "JESS!!!!" The voice screamed and I woke up and fell off my bed. I opened my eyes to see Colby looking down at me.
   "Do you know what day it is??" He said jumping up and down like a little girl.
   "Yeah!! The day you make me deaf!!" I shouted at him as I put on my glasses and got up.
   "No silly kitty" He said coming over to me "Its your 17th birthday!!!"
   "Oh yeah!! What did you get me?!" I said clapping my hands together.
   "Right this way m'lady!" He said smiling and taking my hand as he put a blind fold over my eyes (this was like 1 pm cuz I sleep late). We walked down the stairs and he took the blindfold away. It revealed a beautiful cake with flowers on it and I see lily standing at the other side of the table next to phoebe and laurence, all smiling, mom and dad next to the table, and Colby and Prince by my sides. I blow out the candles on the cake and see a small box in front of my chair. I open the box to see a small key necklace with a heart on it and a note that reads "You have the key to our hearts, love Prince and Colby" I look up at them with tears in my eyes and hug them. It's the most beautiful thing I had ever seen.
     "How'd you afford it?!" I said looking at them. They both showed their wallets, which looked to have nearly nothing in them.
    "We used everything we had to buy you that necklace so, we're so glad you like it" they said smiling
   "And we have a surprise too" mom and dad finally spoke up, and I see lily smiling. I also can tell Colby and Prince have one idea what's going on though, which worries me. "Me, lily, and your mother have made and agreement, that you 3, since you're turning 18 in a year, will move back in with lily, and live there for a year. Though, we will see you twice a week, and every Sunday!"
   I look and see Colby and Prince in awe. They clearly had no idea about this gift. Lily spoke up and said "Ok guys, you're coming tomorrow so pack your things today!!"
   "This is all so amazing, but" I walk over to my dad and look up at him with kitty eyes "can I have cake??"
   "Yes you can have your cake, now go!" He said laughing as Prince and I fight over the first piece of cake until Colby cuts in.
   "Prince! It's Jessie's birthday remember? You got first cake on your birthday! Don't be rude!" He said pointing his cake cutter at Prince who sat there with his arms crossed. "And don't act like we're 10 again because we aren't, we're 17!" He finally gave me cake and all was well. Mainly since I didn't rip Prince's head off.
