High school Horror

*Jessie POV*

First day of high school, first day of awesomeness. Colby insisted on staying near me all morning, but we didn't gave home room together so he was sad when he left. At lunch he came and sat with me and Prince. He said the school food tasted like ant salad! I remember that from when we were little. By the end of the day, I was so thrilled, until I met Brooke.
"Hey runt, what bring you here? Shouldn't you be off in a dumpster you call home?" She said snotty.
"I-I, what did I do??" I said shaking
"You, you were with that ADORABLE piece of hottie you call your best friend!!" She said smiling evilly.
"How is that bad?" I say confused
"Its BAD because he's mine!!! And the only way to teach a cub to fight, is you fight them" she says smiling evilly as she started kicking and punching and scratching me. By time I escaped, I was hurt so badly, but I couldn't let Colby see the bruises and scratches. I put on lilys black hoodie, and I rolled down my jeans. I put my hood down low, so he couldn't see my eye which was black and purple from Brooke punching me several times. When I got home I just walked straight into our room, and then into the bathroom. About 5 minutes later I heard knocking on the door
"Hello?" I said trying to sound normal
"Jess? It's me Colby, you ok?" He said sounding quite concerned.
"Y-yeah.." I said quietly
"If you're ok then come out!" He said. I walked out of the bathroom, still looking down.
"Cmon, let me see that beautiful face!" He said smiling big
"You don't want to" I said shyly
"Yes I truly do!" He said smiling, lifting my chin so I'd look at him "Oh my god..," He said looking at my eye "what happened?!" He said alarmed
"I-its nothing, I swear!" I said hoping he'd buy it but he didn't
"What's on your arm?" He said taking off the hoodie, reveling the scratches and bruises on my arms. "This was obviously not an accident, who did this to you?!?" He demanded
"B-brooke" I said quietly.
"Why would she do this" He said worried
"B-because she likes you, and I'm always near you, so she hates me.
"That's no reason for someone to attack you like that!!!!" He shouted at me. I started crying and I ran over to my bed and just hid in the corner.
He came over to me and sat by me, putting his arm around me. "Its gonna be ok, it's gonna be... ok."
