Dallon led me to the bar lounge where there are private seats. We sat down and started a conversation.

"So.. how old are you?" I started.

"I'm twenty-one, you?"

I squinted my eyes a little bit, contemplating whether to tell him the truth or not. Because truth is, I shouldn't even step a foot in this place. I'm only seventeen, turning eighteen very soon, and by very soon, I meant tomorrow. Thanks to Angelina's resources and she got me a fake ID, that girl, she's something.

Considering I might get kicked out of this place if I told anyone my real age that will lead to Angelina being real furious with me, I decided not to tell him. This is probably the first and last time I would ever see this guy if things won't 'work out' between us. Even though he's really attractive and a gentleman. Besides, I'm only here to enjoy my night.

"Yeah same. I'm twenty-one too." I cringed inside for lying and gave him a small smile.

He nodded, "So what do you do for a living?"

"I uhh.." I can't actually tell him that I just recently got out of high school, right? "Nothing really, still looking for a job since I got kicked out from a store that I've been working at." Nice save, I was actually satisfied with that lie. Well it wasn't a complete lie nor truth, let's just say I was working at a store and actually left because I need to focus on studying more.

"What about you?" I asked, continuing our conversation.

Dallon tensed a little bit then furrowed his eyebrows for a moment and answered, "I work for someone." he said simply and short. I presumed that he doesn't want to talk about it because of his actions so I quickly changed our topic to make him feel more comfortable with our conversation.

We talked for a while and I came to a conclusion that Dallon was indeed a really nice guy. Although his questions were sometimes personal and a bit invasive, I didn't mind though in spite of the fact that he gives me short answers while I gave him really long and detailed ones. From what I can see, this guy keeps secrets too.

Silence came. He sucked his bottom lip and switched his eyes from me to the empty wine glass. A loud beep interrupted the quiet surrounding, it was his phone. He checked it then I hear him breathe out a small sigh.

"Hey, I'll go check on something outside, seems like my friend got a problem." Dallon spoke up, making me turn my head and my eyes met his deep blue ones.

"Oh sure. Do you want me to come with you? Maybe I can help or something.." I suggested.

"No, It's okay. I can handle it, it's just his car, that's all." He responded too quickly, "I'll be back soon and we can continue our talk.. You're really fun to hang with, Avalon." He showed his pearly whites that made me do the same. "Sure."

He stood up and turned his back away from me then started to walk away until I can no longer see his broad shoulders.

A couple of minutes passed and Dallon wasn't coming back soon so I decided to get up and head to the restroom which was beside the bar. I was about to enter when I heard a small thud from the inside and then a moan coming out from one of the bathroom stalls.

I quickly backed out of the door with an obvious look of disgust plastered on my face. These teenagers were doing inappropriate things in every corner of this noisy nightclub and that irritated me. Even though I'm still technically a teenager. I shudder at the thought of what those kids were doing and just settled on sitting on a bar stool in front of the bar, not really noticing the man beside me.

"Wild teenagers, eh?"

A deep raspy voice rang next to me, making me turn my head to look at the guy who spoke. I can't see his face clearly but from what my vision can bear, he was wearing a teal suit. It's a bit dark in this area because all of the party lights were just centered in the middle of the dance floor.
