"No...WAIT!"

Thump.

He was too late. Tears welled in his eyes as the one he loved hit the ground. There was no blood. There was no bruise. The only bruise was the one left permanently on his heart. Running towards her, time slowed down. Faces turned blurry, forests zoned out, and the only things that existed were Garroth and the lifeless beauty in his arms. "I failed. I failed. I FAILED! I-I'm sorry..." he croaked. Tears poured onto her hair as he cried, alerting the other guards.

Garroth.

"..."

You can't cry. All the tears you cry won't change this. It won't change the way you are. Stay strong for me, Garroth. I'm only a minor part in your story. I'll be forgotten in time no matter how hard I try...

"NO!!! I LOVE YOU! Please..."

I love you Garroth. You can't hide forever. I think it's time you visit me, don't you think? Don't stop living for me Garroth. Also, please, whatever you do, move on. I'm always here for you. This is my goodbye...

"W-what?! No, please, no!!!" He screamed her name. "DON'T LEAVE ALONE! PLEASE!" He held her close.

Rain dripped down his tired face as he remembered her sweet voice in his mind. Garroth smiled and placed the roses on the ground, as he knew that she wouldn't of thought she deserved them. Sighing softly, he found the words. "I did it, are you proud? I'm sorry...but I still love you. Please remember that..." He turned away and returned to the blue and brown guards who had finished their mourning and left the stone alone.

On it, it read: 

Here lies: my Precious Fallen Angel, Aphmau of Phoenix Drop...
