Chapter 6: Cheating

Cody's POV...

Today is my birthday and I'm excited because I'm finally 16 I so far a invited Sam, Chandler, and Katie to my party. Katie is here from Orlando visiting.

We are just having Dinner and Chandler said he'd take me to the movies. Im pretty excited, I get to spend my birthday with my celebrity best friend, my best friend, and my boyfriend.

Sam smiled at me and I walk over and kiss his cheek.

"When do you get your braces off?" I asked.

"Next year!" He said.

He puts his arm around me and kisses my head. Chandler sees me staring at him and he smiles.

Sam goes over to the bathroom and waits. I walk up to Chandler and we just start to joke around. I then hear a scream and I quickly run to the bathroom.

"Katie are you okay?" I asked.

"No you boyfriend tried kissing me I didn't give in so he started harassing me!" She said.

Sam walks out and I slap him across the face.

"Goodbye Samuel!" I said.

"Cody, I love you and only you!" He said.

I of course started crying pointing to the door.

My bottom lip started quivering and I was crying my eyes out.

"If you did, why did you leave?" I asked.

He put his head down, which made me cry even more.

"This isn't fair! IVE WAITED SINCE I WAS 14 YEARS ILD FOR YOU AND NOW YOU DECIDED TO HURT ME FOR REAL ON MY 16TH BIRTHDAY?" I yelled.

He walked out and I was still crying. Chandler hugged me and we sat on the steps.

"You were right!" I cried.

"No I should've never said anything." Chandler said stroking my hair.

"Your my best friend!" I said.

"And your mine." He said.

Later Sam texted me a lot probably apologizing. I'm not that easy to get back with. He just took my breath away, I felt like I've been in a romantic dream with Sam.

Chandler took me to a movie; Dead Pool for my birthday. I got over myself fast. I forgot about Sam and had all my attention on my best friends. No one else was gonna hurt me, not like Sam did.

Chandler fell asleep during the movie and was snoring like crazy. I laughed and made a video. Everyone in the theater was staring at us and I woke Chandler up.

"Chan, wake up sleeping beauty!" I said.

He was still sleeping but cut out the snoring. Then Sam and a girl walked in, how did he find someone that fast?

I just got up out of my seat and walked out of the theater. I started walking home crying and I just felt pity for myself. A lot has been going on and I'm sick of secrets.

I hear my name echo in the wind and I thought it was just the wind.

Chandler came running down the street and he was in his sweater. His hair flopped as he ran and we walked to my house. When we got there, I was crying badly because of what happened. My first boyfriend broke my heart, he cheated on me!

"Cody, I'm sorry I should've woken up and you wouldn't have been in this mess." Chan said.

"Don't blame yourself chan, you have nothing to blame for." I said.

"Well you don't either!" He said.

"My life is officially over!" I said.

"Hey, Cody no it's not, don't say that!" He said putting both hands on my shoulders.

I looked into his eyes and we almost kissed until Katie walked in. She smiled and we looked awkward.

"Erm, hey guys!" She said.

We laugh and I pull away. Chandler looked bummed, like sad because he didn't get his kiss.

"Hi," chan said awkwardly.

"Hey!" I said.

So chan likes Cody but Cody has mixed emotions... Poor girl!
