"Wake up dumbass!" I awoke with a massive headache. Nothing new though because this is how I wake up everyday. My step dad is always having his drunk friends over. My mom came up with a brilliant Idea to marry Jake. He used to work at State Farm but was fired when the other employers began complaining. My mom works alot. She is a lawyer. I slowly got up and took my daily morning wake up picture. (That is her in the picture.) I posted it captioning 'A new life waiting to be discovered'. I didn't really have any clothes because it was already on it's way to New Jersey. Throwing my little amount of clothes in my bag I ran to the bathtoom. Since I decided to keep my pajamas on, I didn't do my makeup. I brushed my teeth and put on my shoes. Today is my last day here and I will miss this place alot but I am also looking forward to seeing 'somebody'. My friends invited me to hang out all day at there houses. They all wore their pjs too.

Marta, ana, sara, susana, and saline called me letting me know they were hear. They would have knocked but they don't want to get near my step dad either. I passed by brother Jason cooking some dish that involved big knives. We went to Susan a's house first but that was a big mistake. Her brother, MY BOY FRIEND was making out with his best friend. They both didn't acknowledge us at first but I made sure to clear my throat. They just stared. It doesn't bother me that they are both guys because I have nothing against gays. In fact, I think it's adorable but the fact that he was dating me bothered me too much to stay quite. "Sorry if I'm interrupting anything but what the hell is going on!" Their mouths didn't move an inch. "Wht does it bother you so much. I thought you said you di..." I interrupted her "YES I KNOW!I DONT HATE OR EVEN DISLIKE GAYS BUT HE COULD HAVE ATLEAST TOLD ME BECUASE TRUST ME, I WOULD HAVE UNDERSTOOD. MY DAD IS GAY SO ITS Not A FIRST TIME!" By now i was red. I didn't cry because i dont usually cry. "I WOULD HAVE BEEN THERE FOR HIM STILL AND WE COULD HAVE BEEN FRIENDS." They all shut up. I ran outside and kept running until I reached a park I have never been to before. Everything that just happened replayed in my head. I could only laugh because of how stupid it all seemed now. It feels like I overreacted but half of me knows I'm right. A man standing behind me startled me causing me to jump. How long has he been standing there? I laughed again because he probably thought I was crazy laughing when I was laughing really loud not saying anything when I had first arrived at the park. He looked at me seductively and reached out for me. My eyes widened and I ran without thing. I almost got hit by car crossing the road but he was right behind me. As I ran I got on speed dial and called Jason. It rang for about seven seconds and he answered. "Hey lil sis what's up?" "JUST SHUT UP AND LISTEN! THERE IS A MAN CHASING ME AND I'M GETTING SLOWER!" "WHERE ARE YOU?" I'M ALMOST H..." "Hello? Answer me!" I stopped talking because it slowed me down. I turned the corner and saw my house. I ran faster until my sides started aching. My house was getting closers and closer. The door instantly opened revealing my brother. Relief took over and I fell feeling an unbearable pain in my right foot. I suddenly felt the urge to fall asleep. I guess I was blacking out.
Jason's POV
She fell. I guess she fainted do to all of the running she had to do. Just thas that man was bending down to grab her I showed him my knife. I am so thankful that My mom forced me to join my online cooking classes. He backed up and ran into my house. I picked Mia up and followed him. He was laughing with my dad. Step dad I forgot. In the kitchen I grabbed an ice pack and took Mia downstairs to her room. When she woke up I told her about the man and out step dad and she got mad. A little too mad because ran upstairs and I heard a loud clap. That clap was followed by many foot steps stomping down the stairs. I hope this book isn't too good1 but I love writing so Iwill definitely finish this book even if nobody notices.
