Is this a date?- Chapter 3

Y/N's POV

10:25 Saturday

I start walking to Big Belly Burger, and while I was walking I heard someone walking behind me and following me, I then turned around and it was Oliver.

"Hey" Oliver Said

"Hey" I responded with a slight smile

"So I heard its your birthday today" Said Oliver

"Yes how did you know?" I said, raising an eyebrow

"Felicity" He says calmly

We then continue walking and it starts raining, Oliver then pulls an umbrella out of his backpack, damn was he prepared for rain. He then opened the umbrella and pullet me close so I wasn't being rained on "I don't want you getting sick, who will help me defeat H.I.V.E" he said with a smile on his face, I was still smiling and I was now blushing a light shade of red.

We got to Big Belly Burger finally

I ordered a burger and sweet potato fries, and Oliver also got a burger with fries. As we were waiting for the food I was debating in my mind to ask him if this is or is not a date, it was like a war in my freaking head!! I finally came to a conclusion to ask him.
"So..Is this a.. You know.... Date?"
"I mean, if you want it to be yeah it could" Said Oliver smiling, I blushed a little at his comment.

We talked a little bit waiting for the food to be ready, it was surprisingly pretty busy

~~~After lunch~~~~

It was still raining, soo me and Oliver still shoulder by shoulder under the umbrella
"So, anything else you want to do?" Said Oliver looking down at me slightly looking down since I was shorter than him, obviously.
"Well theirs a-"  I was then interrupted by the sound of gunfire. Me and Oliver looked at each other, he put the umbrella away and we both ran towards the sound. 

There was two H.I.V.E ghosts, both armed with multiple guns. They sas us, and started shooting. I rolled behind a car and Oliver behind a different one. 

'You distract them, I got this.' I mouthed to Oliver as he went out, they started aiming at just him now. 

This was my chance, I ran out of the cars cover from the opposite side. I grabbed a taser I had in my pocket, and tasered on if the in he neck, then punching him in the face. The other ghost finally noticed me, I ran up to hike and slid under him, and wrapping my arm around his ankle, then, once he was on the ground, I kicked him in the face.
