It was late evening now, Orion and Oletha had been searching the forests of the Hill feverishly for several hours to no avail. Orion was actually proving himself to be quite helpful. As Oletha inspected the woods, he exposed to her many details about Flora Solis's control over the region and how the suspected hero was actually very corrupt. According to him, Flora was formulating a plot to infiltrate the mountains and steal the gold that defined the elves' (and dwarves') position of high power in relation to other feuding factions within Etra, so that rather than aid the community she would control it. It was theorized by Orion that she was doing so with someone of high rank in the Lunae, the Faction of the Moons, , which was primarily Nords. She probably assumed that this would look reputable on her part because it would unite the two largest opposing factions. He suspected that they took advantage of her trust and schemed something themselves, in order to gain power over races like the elves and dwarves, who belonged to the Solis- Faction of the Sun.

"You are quite intuitive, you know that Orion?" Oletha asked.

"Just very observant is all."

"You would make a good adventurer, have you ever been outside of Sul'ren?"

"Not outside of Sul'ren, not outside of the hill or Drumchapel. I've heard many a story ab-"

He was cut off, Oletha's finger pressed firmly against his lips in a shhh formation. They listened:

Behind them, the two heard the crunching of leaves, and quickly turned their heads to inspect the area. Orion peered up at Oletha with a nervous gaze, while Oletha glared firmly towards a large mound of boulders. She did nothing for a brief moment, then, still gazing at the boulders, tapped on Orion and motioned towards a large oak located a few steps behind her. He hurried towards it on soft feet, and looked again at Oletha, who had moved from her original position to a few paces ahead of where she previously was, also behind a tree. The two both held their breath and waited, for what seemed like forever, when finally, they observed two bearded men in grey and white garb emerge from behind the rock, and walk the opposite direction. The men were obviously Nordic, and the two elves were lucky they managed to go unnoticed.

"Grateful we caught that as soon as we did." Oletha exhaled harshly, then stepped away from her position behind the oak.

Orion did the same. It was getting dark now, and the two moons that hover over the Etran night sky were now peaking slightly above the horizon. The sky was an intense gradient of pale to navy blue, brushed with faint hints of lavender and pink. On the ground below the two elves were many golden and scarlet leaves scattered all about the many foot trails in the wood. They crinkled as they walked, Lord Cassius not far behind. Oletha was contemplating whether or not to resort home to safety after the incident with the two men from the Faction of the Moons. Nowhere was truly safe.

"Back to the Village. There are likely more scouts in these woods, we're more likely to survive the night if we are to return home and establish the proper procedure to approach the situation." She ordered.

Orion and Oletha strode home, deciding not to mount Cassius in hopes they wouldn't make as much a ruckus.
