Chapter 1
"Hey girls! Ready for the first day of a new high school?" Kali asked, looking at her two best friends.
"You bet 'cha!" Andi said, flipping her teal hair.
"Ahh, what if we get split up for classes? Now I'm nervous!" Kali said.
"Just chill! We'll be fine! Plus, look at all the hot senior boys!" Andi said, winking at a boy as he passes the three girls.
Alaina giggled. "Yup!"
"Andi! Alaina! I'm not that outgoing!" Kali shrieked.
Alaina paused. "Wait a second, Andi!"
"Oh Irene, I don't know how we are even best friends. Anyway, we better go get our class schedules." Kali looked around nervously. "This place is so much bigger than our last school was!"
Alaina nodded. "Hang on... "
Andi laughs. "You should really get used to it!"
Kali sighed. "I know. But like I said, schedules!"
Alaina looks at her schedule. "Well... What homeroom do you guys have? I have homeroom dl."
"I have..." Kali consults her schedule. "Homeroom dl! Yay! Alaina we are in the same homeroom!" Kali starts dancing around.
Alaina giggled. "Andi, please please please tell me you got homeroom dl too." Kali says, but doesn't stop dancing.
Andi looked at her schedule. "I have Mr. Melrose... Is that dl?" She asked, looking at her friends.
Alaina shrugged. "I don't know."
"I don't either." Kali stopped happy dancing.
"Umm, I'll just come with you guys and "blend in"." Andi said.
Kali starts laughing. "You? Blend in?"
Alaina raised an eyebrow.
"Ha ha. Yes, me blend in." Andi said, flipping her hair.
"Right. We all know that isn't possible." Kali laughs again.
"Do either of you know how to get to room dl?" Andi picks a French fry off the ground and eats it.
"I don't know. Um..." Alaina said, looking at Andi.
"Andi! That's gross." Kali shuddered.
"Hey! It wasn't stepped on!" Andi said.
Alaina giggled "Let's go." She said, walking backwards.
Kali followed Alaina, but she is walking forewords.
"Ever heard of the five-second rule?" Andi asks as she follows them.
Alaina turned the corner, someone was walking towards them.
Kali hid behind Andi.
"Hey cutie!" Andi winks at the brunette guy with blue eyes.
Alaina looked at her, confused, still walking.
"Alaina, you are going to bump into someone! Stop walking backwards." Kali scolded.
