Wattpad Plot Contests

Intro.

Heys my beauties!  So I've decided to  finally create this book after about weeks of thinking... Anywho! Let me introduce you to what this is actually about.

You've heard of Wattpad story contests right?  Yeah, probably.  Well I wanted to make my version a little shorter.

Here's the deal,I'm going to set particular contests and you guys are going to create your own. These vary from

-Plots
-Scenes
-Scenarios
-Topic_rant about that title.

If you don't know what any of these are,here are some examples :

Plot

Katie Summer's was an average girl, good grades, great friends .  Good life overall, until she met him. Captain of the football team, charming.

Only one problem, he's her stepbrother. What will Katie do when she develops feelings  for him?

JUST A CRAPPY EXAMPLE.

Note: Scenarios and plots usually go together since they're so short and sweet .

Scenlario.

"Don't you lie to me cherry." he warned, his eyes searching hers.

"Calum I swear I wouldn't lie. " she told him truthfully as he approached her.

"You knew it would hurt me!"  he yelled pushing her on the cold concrete wall.  He narrowed his eyes at her, their faces inches away.

"I would never hurt you sweetie. "

Note: Getting it now?  Scenarios are usually in summaries, so if I say "create a summary " it means both a plot and scenario.  Got it?

Good 😌.

On to the scenes!

Now this is where it gets heated.  Scene rounds should keep me on my toes, on the edge of my chair.  Let me feel the characters pain. Feel me? I'll  probably give a word limit. 

Eg. of a contest I could give.

Create a 400- 600  word (no more no less )Scene ,include the name Sheryl and Larry.  You can base the scene off the following genres :

ε-Romance
ε-Teen Fiction
ε~Mystery

This is your chance to be creative,bold and fresh. What can I say?

"Catie,you need to go you're gonna be late for school."my darling dad says to me as I hurry to eat my breakfast.

Can't a girl have her breakfast in peace?

" Dad,I have 5 minutes left." I tell my dad as I finish my food and scrape the rest in the trash. The man goes to work 30 minutes early,I have to cut him some slack I guess.

I kiss him on the cheek and walk to my car. I pull out of my drive way and my phone rings,I answer it hooking it up to my car so I can speak to whoever was calling .

"Cat!" Linsey my boss yells at me through the phone.

I sigh, "Lins.''I say boredly as she always calls me with the same tone and excitement.

" Okay, thanks for killing my vibe."she huffs and I can feel her roll her eyes. I smile "Sorry?,'' she sighs into the speaker " Okay, wats up Lins?" I try to find the route for this phonecall.

"Well,I have a new job for you."she tells me and my mood brightens. " Tell me more...''I say wanting to hear more about this, 'job'.

"You know Ethan Dixon right?"she asks like I live under a rock.

Who doesn't know bad,golden boy,jock.

Dixon?

" Of course!" I snap,she chuckles "We need you to dig some dirt on him..." I sigh,my mood falls.

Not again.

Sell me here! Make me feel your pain. 

Example (eg.)

If I give you the topic:

Employee threats to drive  customers  away.

Write a rant  to any fast food restaurant,bar heck even Starbucks complaining  about how disgusting their new employee is. 

Example a MC. Donald's employee.

Disgusting  MC. Donald's  employees
Rant about how u enjoyed  hanging at the place before the person came.  Why he/she is disgusting, beg that they fire.  Or threaten that  you'll  move your daily lunch to MC. Donald's  or whatever.  Just make me proud  :D.

But yeah, that's basically what you guys will be competing for.  I'll post the prizes, rules,contests or whatever else in other chapters so for now, just enjoy your day.
