Chapter VI - The Bewildered Jiyong

Kwon Jiyong POV

Great then, so we agree to tell to our grandmother that we will not continue this marriage arrangement." He said with calm state, but deep in his heart he feel a lil a bit offended about Taeyeon who also doesn't want to marry him.

"Uncle" suddenly someone call his name and thats Dahyun his niece who walking toward him and Taeyeon.

"Dahyun is so sleepy, dahyun wanna go home uncle" said his niece while rubbed her eyes and yawn. "Who is she uncle? Is that uncle fiance, Aunty Taeyeon? Mom told me about aunty taeyeon." Dahyun said again and smiling cutely toward Taeyeon.

"Hi Dahyun, I heard about you also from your mother." Taeyeon said to his niece while reaching dahyun and hug her. After Taeyeon hug Dahyun she said to dahyun "you are really pretty and cute." Said Taeyeon while pinching dahyun cheeks.

"You are also really pretty aunty." Dahyun said to Taeyeon and hug her and after that she yawn and sleep in Taeyeon hug.

Jiyong who see that, then said to Taeyeon "I think we should talk about our marriage arrangement letter. Give dahyun to me so I can bring her home." But when Jiyong try to take Dahyun from Taeyeon, Dahyun suddenly wake up and crying. It makes Jiyong cancel to take Dahyun from Taeyeon.

"Lets bring dahyun to your family home together oppa." Taeyeon said to Jiyong. Jiyong is bemused because Taeyeon call him oppa. Jiyong are also amused, because his niece are hard to approach, but Dahyun react differently toward Taeyeon. Thats make Jiyong heart flutter, all the more Taeyeon is really pretty today, Jiyong even hardly make eye contact with her.

"Ok, let's bring dahyun tou my family home together then, but we need to inform my sister and my family first that we can be here until the party's are over." Jiyong said to Taeyeon coldly, so taeyeon not know his true feelings.

"Ok, oppa."

Taeyeon POV

She walk toward Jiyong family with Jiyong himself, and Jiyong oppa said to his family that he and me will bring Dahyun who already sleep in my embrace to his family home. His grandmother agree with that and instruct the Kwon head housekeeper who also attend the party to tell the chauffeur prepare the car to bring dahyun back to theirs house.

Int the car, they sit on the backseat, and almost half way to Jiyong Family home, Jiyong oppa just silent and the atmosphere are really awkward, Taeyeon feel really unease and ended up trying to open up a conversation with Jiyong. "Today the weather is really nice, right oppa?" She said to Jiyong. But there is no reaction from Jiyong who look out the window, except a little nod.

"You know, I didn't meant it when I say that I don't want to marry you, I do really want to marry you." Taeyeon who feel Jiyong mad at her and try to make a comfort atmosphere said to him, her true feeling.

Jiyong immediately reacted to what Taeyeon said to her, and he look Taeyeon somewhat surprised and also confused. Taeyeon also shock with her statement and made blink-blinked her eyes. Taeyeon feel like she lost of control, and then continue said awkwardly and jittery and taken back to Jiyong "It doesn't mean I like you or something. Its just that everybody will agree that you are a good candidate to be a husband, because you have a good reputation." Taeyeon see that Jiyong looked at her with a puzzled look with his sharp eyes. Thats make Taeyeon really uneasy and turned away her head, but she still continue her talking and said stutteredly " I.. I...I mean every parents who have a daughter in Korea must...must be really happy if their daughter marry you." Taeyeon said again to him while looking toward Dahyun who sleep in her embrace, and she continue talking " You are smart,..." Taeyeon has not completed her talk, because suddenly Jiyong pulled her head toward him and kissed Taeyeon.

His kiss more that sweeter than Taeyeon ever imagine. Firstly Taeyeon feel taken a back, but then she respond to his kiss and Taeyeon feel like that there is a butterfly in her stomach and she feel really delighted. They stop their kisses because Dahyun sudden squirm.

Taeyeon react immediately and soothing Dahyun to make her sleep again, and shyly see look Jiyong eyes. Jiyong really stare at her like she an alien and bewildered. And he said to Taeyeon "who are you? really?".
