Everyone geared up for the mission. Collins grabbed his RPG and Minigun he also grabbed an army knife and John got his pistol. Daniels got a sniper with an extra meter scope. Stevens got a postal and some c4s with a detonator. He also got grenades and some wire cutters just in case if there was any problems. Mike and Chris of course both got desert eagles and Swiss Army Knives. I got an ak47 and a few hand grenades.

Everyone was split into two groups. Collins, John, Daniels, Stevens, Mike, Chris, and I were in one group and everyone else were in the other. Each group was assigned one corner of the city. The president assured us that there were other groups on the other two corners.

We set out to our corner at about 20:16 and it was pouring down rain. I hate rain for some reason. It just doesn't come at the right moment. Like if it starts to flood the rain just keeps coming and makes it worse. Or if you wanna have a pool party and the rain ruins it.

After walking for what seemed like ages, we camped out in the backyard of a small house. At first we weren't planning on building a fire because it might bring the terrorists to us but then we decided that there was already flames in the surrounding area. We all sat around the fire like it was some sort of camp but without singing or ghost stories. I fell asleep at about midnight but woke up by a gunshot at 5:31a.m. When I asked what had happened they told me that Chris had shot a rabbit for breakfast.

Chris was a really good chef, a famous one in fact but when he was fired for something he hadn't done, he rampaged through the restaurant and murdered his boss. Mike came into the picture when Chris went to him for help. When the cops showed up at Mikes house he shot three officers escaping with Chris at his heels.

I must of not been the only one still asleep cause after the gunshots fired John came barreling out of his tent with his gun pointed out. We all laughed at him hardly. He was only in his pink underwear and had a teddy bear in his arms. "Ha, ha, very funny. You all got your laughs." He said while blushing.

John was the youngest in his family. All five of his brothers and his father went to war but died. John wanted to follow in their footsteps not knowing what was going to happen next. We all felt sorry for the lad but if he thought it was his destiny then so be it.

It took awhile for the rabbit to cook but after it was done it seemed like my last good meal for awhile or ever. We all ate very slowly. Though we were all really hungry, we tried to savor each bite. John found a small garden in the backyard of one of the neighboring houses and an apple tree or two in the middle of the city park. We grabbed the food we could carry and stashed  the rest in a fruit cellar we had found while exploring the area. We kept exploring for a while longer eating the food we had brought for lunch and then headed back to our camp.

Our walkie-talkie buzzed for a bit and the we heard the president speaking through it. "Everyone still alive out there," he asked in a curious voice. John answered back excited to hear the president. " Yeah, we're all here and we've seen and heard nothing but peace and quiet down here. Do you know why?" There was no answer for a few seconds until the walkie-talkie buzzed again and reassured that the were quite a few gun shots coming from our direction. John said yes sir and we all kept the good breakfast thing to ourselves because we didn't want him to feel jealous.
