Needles, needles after, needles after needles, how it all started, in a under ground place dark only a little candle light can let you see. Being changed up to a surface hard and rough, only thing I'm able to see is the ceiling but not far enough because of the lack of light. The door opened making that creaking noise that always scared me.

Light footsteps can be heard, I began to struggle against the chains and hard surface unable to escape no matter how hard I tried. I heard silver being drag against the hard surface I'm on.

That sound hunted me in my dreams, make me fear that person, that object, that sound, my life. Being tortured was normal for me but I can never get used to that feeling, that pain, the sound of own blood dripping yet I don't do anything to defend myself just lay there taking all the pain.

Accepting that this is reality, my faith, my life, my fault, but one thing I knew I wasn't suffering alone, not the only victim.

Annie

I felt sharp pain in my abdomen.

I opened my eyes to see a ceiling, laying in a rough and bouncy surface and shackles on both my hands and legs. I tried struggling but it made no difference so I stopped. I then remembered the events that happened, what I do know is it must've toke a long time ago like a mouth or two. I sit up to get a good view of everything.

I look in front of me seeing two military police sleeping on each rnd of me cell.

When they hear a door open they immediately get out of there slumber and pretend like they were doing there job. I hear pairs of foot steps coming my way, I see thir Shadows in the torch light.

Two men were in front of my cellular, waring a Scots uniform, one taller than the other one.

"She's finally awake," said the shorter one in annoyance.

I remember my training show no emotion to your enemy, no sigh of waekness it's all about you finding their weakness and take that as advantage.

You remember exactly what Annie said.

"It's not about overpowering the enemy it's about taking their power and using it against them,"

I immediately put my emotionless face on and answer to what he said.

"I'm not sure which is shorter your temper or your height," I said emotionlessly.

That seem to triggered him.

"Why you tch," as I expected he had nothing to defend himself.

"Now now you two calm down,we can here to talk before your up at the court tomorrow," the blond tall one said.

"My name is Commander erwin and this captain Levi," he said stepping closer to my cell and the torch light so I can see his face better. Releasing how big his eyebrows look and bushy.

Deciding weather or not to tell him your real name or not.

In the end you do but lie about your last name.

"Y/n rose," (idk the only thing that came to mine)

"Well y/n we have a few questions," he said keeping his composer.

"What is your relationship with Annie Lionheart," he said.

Remember deny deny deny deny or at least don't confirm or deny it.

"I'm sorry,I'm not familiar with that name," I said trying to deny.

"Bullshit you know damn well," said the captain with anger.

"Calm down,okay than why did you save her," he said not sounding convinced.

One of the best skills I have is lying the saying is ture the best protectors make the best liars.

"I was just told to do my job so I did," I said catching them off guard.

"What do you mean by that," he said satisfy or at least getting some information.

"Well that's my job I do what anybody tells me with a price and I do it," I said proud of myself for lying.

"And who gave you that job to save her," he said.

"I don't know some of my clients are secretive and like to keep their identity hidden they just gave me the money with a note of instructions, they didn't even bother to send their men to tell me and don't tell where the note is at the end it said to burn it," I said still keeping the lie up and trying not to smirk at how stupid they are.

"Is that all," he said processing the information.

"Yes,"

"one more thing did they or anyone else know your a Shafter," he said.

"Don't we all," you said.

"I mean before,"

"No,"

"We will be taking our leave you must rest for tomorrow you have I big day ahead of you,"

Once they left and made sure the guards were asleep again.

I grin to myself and giggle, my sadistic said of me showing and I fall asleep.
