Today was the day of my trial in court.

I'm recently sit up in the bed waiting for them to escort me to the court room. At lest that's what I think or that's what Annie told me when that when they discovered eren was a titan shatter.

As I was lost in my thoughts a woman with glasses jumped herself to my cellular almost scaring me almost.

I immediately put my emotionless face on.

"Hello you must be rose," she said while reaching for a pair of handcuffs.

"Yes I am," my voice doesn't even have a drip of emotion.

"Well rose my name is comandar hanji nice to meet you," opening the door to the cellular and coming over to my side, removing the chains I have now with the handcuffs.

I got up and followed her.

Commander hanji just rambled on about stuff honestly I wasn't even listening. She stopped talking when we reach to big double doors which I assumed was the courtroom.

"well we're here I wish you the best of luck," she said as she proceed to push me in.

I look around and see paintings up on the roof as I continued to move forward not want to get shouted by the guards.

Or a gun pointed at me.

I reach the front.

"kneel down,"

I do as I was told I kneel down and they bring a type of pillar looking metal thrusting it into the ground my hands behind my back the metal keeping me restrained.

My hair lose everywhere and yet looks like a silky dress that was just barely made with the finest fabric silk.

"Y/n Rose I believe that is your name since you did say to Commander Erwin isn't that right", The Juge said.

"That's right,"

"Unfortunately that is all the information we have, there are no files on your birthday date your relatives nothing," he said

I couldn't come up with a lie why I know exactly what happened to the that information I got rid of it long ago I can't afford to give out my identity like that.

well at least Annie couldn't, she wanted me to safe didn't want me in any part of this she pushed me away but I just wanted to be with her she was the only one I had left.

Tha lie I told Commander Erwin was half true we do work under ourselves. I just made up the part that I didn't know her and the part of technically saving her for money.

"Would you mind explaining to me what was your life before all of this",

"well I was always very good with my hands,so I did art, well I did it for myself and myself only then I realize how good I was with my hands and tried out or an instrument,the violin.

I Pause thinking if this story would be somewhat believable.

"then one day was being harassed and that led to an intense situation I had no choice but to kill him surprisingly I was calm like I'd done a couple of times so I thought what the hell I'm good at it I could make money for it so I decided to make a living out of it", I finished with my fake back story.

"very well thank you for your honesty,"

"Now we will hear the proposals for the military police in the scout regiment",

They believed it, surely I thought they would immediately know I was lying.

" my name is Nile duct and and I proposed she deserves punishment for letting the female Titan Escape,since we did not know any information besides your backstory now, she is considered a threat not only that well we saw the fight. she was able to make flames appear,"

"That is a pretty good reason to experiment on her", he suggested. "That is all"

Experiment that word made the color of my eyes drain, I can feel my blood run cold than that cold turned into boiling heat, so hot I thought I even summoned my flames.

"Once were done with her, we eliminate her", he Finnish.

"now we will hear from the Scout regiment", the judge stated.

"Yes well we can use her for guidance for eren since, she seems to have more control of her power", Erwin said.

What the fuck is that all he has that's bs.

I was already prepared for this I just hope they put me in the mp.

"Is that all," the judge unsatisfied with his answer.

"Well it only seems fair that we give miss.rose to the military police,"

At that moment I had hope, so much I accidentally let a smirk slip.

As the judge lifted his wooden hammer to  confirm his decision, a loud voice stopped him.

"Yes Armin Arlert what is it," the judge stopped wanting to hear.

"Sorry sir but wouldn't miss Rose know all the passages through wall Sina and would be able to escape if she joins the MP and if not guarded heavily," he stated.

No way how did he figure that out, there's no way.

Out of instinct I turn to glare at him so cold it made him almost fall over.

"That's right than I made my decision,"

"Y/n rose will be joining the Scout regiment,"

A smacking sound can be heard in the room, I take a look around since I been keeping my head down and my hair was in the way.

They hole Scout regiment was a there and only half of the military police was there as well Merchants, "important" people where there to tend as well.

I am recently in the room with Commander Erwin, Captain Levi and squad leader hanji.

I'm not saying a word to them, we're waiting on the horse to take us to HQ.

"So y/n how do you make the flames appear please tell, ohhhh even better why don't you show me," she started laughing like a maniac.

"the only reason I- wait no I was forced to join the Scout regiment is because I'm a titan Shafter," I pause before continuing.

"you may think we're friends but I still think we're enemies so I'm not saying a word, you got me. I said harshly.

Before she can say anything else The Carriage came and off we went to head headquarters.

Sorry for not updating  I had finals I had my band concert I was really busy. Now that I'm on break I'm going to start updating this was actually supposed to come out yesterday but I ran out of battery since I don't have wattpad on my phone and only on my tablet and I ran out of battery.  I hope you enjoy and see you in the next update.
