My parents weren't very happy when they came back a month ago to find out that I had been put in danger. Actually, their exacts words were, 'You are banned from ever seeing Ryder again.' Funny, huh? I hope they weren't thinking that was a challenge for me because I planned on never seeing him again. He really hurt me with his Vantasia incident no matter how many times he apologized.

So today I was planning to stay home and veggie out on the couch by watching cartoons and eating junk food; chocolate mainly. No, I am in no pain. It is too early in the month for that. Anyway, I was dressed in yoga pants and a red off shoulder tee with the word Love and a heart following after it in a light pink. I was sat down in front of the TV, perfectly comfortable and munching on my popcorn with M&Ms, Hershey's, and Kit Kats.

My parents suddenly stepped into the room and in front of the TV, concerned looks on their faces. Okay, so I'll admit that the lack of Ryder in my life had brought me down, but I was doing well. I didn't need him to make me happy. I'd find someone else. Sadly though, my parents had different plans.

I gave them a blank looking, annoyed that they were interrupting my cartoons. I wanted to see if Tom was going to get Jerry this time... Although I know the outcome anyway, but that doesn't mean it's no fun to watch! As sad as I feel for Tom when he repeatedly gets beat up, it's pretty funny. Sometimes I catch myself jumping off the couch and cheering one or the other on. Strange, I know, but don't judge.

"What?" I whined. I wished they would just leave me alone. My dad silently handed me a piece of paper and with that, they walked out of the room. Um, okay?

The paper had an address on it and a list of... Oh, golly. A list of items I supposed my parents wanted me to pick up and bring back home. I grudgingly got up from the couch and slipped on my tennis shoes, dragging my feet to the car. It was a bright day and the few birds chirping sang softly. The January breeze caused me to shiver when I opened the car door. I had left my coat inside, but I was too lazy to go back and get it.

I started the car and slowly backed out of the drive. I enjoyed the scenery on the way. It was gorgeous. I'd never been in this direction before. It was more spaced out, almost country. The left side was more urban than the right. The right actually had a ditch and the left did not. Don't worry. I paid attention to the road, too. It was lovely. It flowed smoothly and was as black as night. It must've been new.

New my ass! That was the bumpiest, most horrible road I had ever been on. Seriously, I bet taking the ditch would have been better. In fact, I was so tempted to do just that that I started inching towards the shoulder of the road.

Finally I arrived at my destination and let me tell you, I think my parents went crazy. How was I supposed to buy eggs at a golf course? Along with bread, pins, yarn, and milk. Actually, why was 'pins' and 'yarn' even on the list?

The course was covered in a thin sheet of snow and was barren as I pulled in anyway so I could find a place that was close that would hold these items. As I pulled in, I noticed an all too familiar motorcycle.

Now I hesitated before exiting my car and walking inside. I tell you, this day continued to get stranger and stranger. I opened the door to the house to be greeted by a candle lit room with petals formed in a trail. Maybe they didn't pay their electric bills on time? And the petals would be there so... So someone could find a person to help them out in case their parents gave them an address to go buy a list of items that would never be at a golf course. Yes, that's it.

The petals led to a door in which I opened and followed their trail up the revealed stairs behind the door. I was getting wary of the petals now. Why would they lead up here? A little freaked out, I started to turn around when a voice caught me off guard.
