We're in the twenties now! Full steam ahead!

Kadi peered at her reflection with deep intent. Those silver hairs, they were bugging her a lot now... Why was she suddenly going grey? She's a country, she shouldn't have to worry about aging! Even if she's older than China, who is still looking spry and youthful, this didn't add up.

"Hmmm..." she murmured, one corner of her mouth pulling back in a half frown. "Well, at least I'm not aging anywhere else, ha!" Just the thought of frail bones and wrinkled skin made her shudder. 'No way, not for me.'

'Besides, I'm not really aging. I feel completely normal, completely! Maybe I could dye my hair to make the streaks go away...?'

Euskadi nodded, setting down the hairbrush and turning off the bathroom light. "Hey, Scottie~?" she called while exiting the room.

"Aye?" Allistor replied from the kitchen. "What is it?"

"C'mere, I want you to take a look at these," Kadi said as she made her way over to where Allistor sat at the kitchen table with one of the brood in his lap, drawing a picture with crayons.

"What's the problem?" Allistor inquired lightly, looking up at her with a smile. Kadi ran her fingers through her hair and leaned over, displaying the minute lines of silver racing from her scalp to the tips. "Oh... Silver streaks? Are you trying on a new look?"

"No, I'm not "trying on a new look"," Kadi scoffed humorously. "It's strange, I haven't had to deal with going gray before."

"Well... You could dye it." Allistor picked up the daughter in his lap, then stood and set her down on the chair again before embracing his wife. "You know you look beautiful even with the streaks."

Kadi smiled dopily, wrapping her arms around his torso. "Hush up... Zara ero herrialde." (You crazy country)

"Oh, don't even start with that." Allistor smirked, pecking the top of her head.

~In the "Mythical" dimension~

Well, the leaves made pretty good blankets during the night, and Leon above me didn't snore, so it was a fairly good night's sleep. And when I woke up, a tray of food was placed just outside my cell. After pulling it inside, I got a good look at the typical "fairy cuisine."

"This... looks like bread," I said to myself, picking up and turning over the thin, flat triangle of pale substance. "And there're berries-- Ooh, they taste good! Sweet... And this.. oh, nectar. It probably goes with the bread stuff, and then there's water to drink. Cool, I've always wanted to stick with the vegan diet for a long period of time."

That wasn't sarcasm, either.

Leon wasn't up, and the final traces of morning mist still hung around the air close to the ground. The sun was coming up already, brightening the world and rousing the fairy residents of this community. After eating, I sat on the floor next to the bars and stayed quiet, trying to be good. If the fairies decided to trust me, then I would be able to have more freedoms. Such as maybe taking walks? That would be nice...

But I'm rambling right now. I gotta stop doing that.

Okay. Maybe an hour after I woke up, Yao appeared in the distance, holding the hand of a little boy with similar red dragonfly wings protruding from his shoulder blades. 'Wait... Im Yong Soo? Cool! I wonder who else is in this world...'

Alright, there's a crowd of fairies walking in all different directions. Maybe I can pick out some familiar faces?

'La la la la la... Oh! Is that Austria? Yeah, it's Roddy! And I think that's Sealand, to the left. Alright-- Oh! There's Romano! And Veneziano's trying to catch up to him! Yay! Love their wings, those are some pretty butterflies~
