A/N: Hey guys I'm back. So my phone stopped acting up, but I still need to get a new one. I'm kinda frustrated right now, so I'm just going to get into the chapter.
Kayla's POV
Prom.
Fucking Prom.
The day where everybody is excited to dress up and have a good time during the night.
But me. I was nervous as hell. I wanted to piss my panties.
"You'll be fine. Calm the hell down." Said Kahe as she was looking down at her magazine while getting her hair done like Hope and I.
"What are you talking about. I'm not nervous." I said.
"Bitch you have sweat running down your forehead and keep rubbing your hands on your pants and its not even close to prom. Its 9:30 in the fucking morning and prom doesn't start till 7. If that's not nervous then I don't know what is." Hope said.
I stale faced her. "Ok so I'm nervous. So what? It's just that what if De'Vonte doesn't like how I look. Or what if he thinks I look too good and does not want to go because he's jealous. Or what if De' Lylah, Lyah, and Tasha see me. Or what if-"
"Honey does that boy like you?" The person that was doing my hair asked.
"Yes." I replied softly.
"Do you like him?"
"Yes."
"Does he stand up for you?"
"Yes."
"Then baby you have nothing to worry about. Just explain to him about those girls and he will help you through it all. Just don't second guess him or question some of his doing and he won't hurt you at all." She replied with a smile.
I smiled back and let her finish my hair while the Chinese lady did my nails. I took a deep breath and relaxed. "Everything's going to be alright." I whispered to myself.
A FEW HOURS LATA'
"Hope hurry up and come out!" Kahe yelled with her dress in her hand.
We are all about to put our dresses on, but for some reason Hope is taking a long time to get her shit together in the bathroom.
"Ok I'm coming. I am just having a hard time of slipping this over my ass." Hope said.
Kahe and I sighed and rolled our eyes.
A few minutes later she came out of the bathroom with everything on and she looked beautiful.
