A pregnant woman has an accident and falls into a coma. When she wakes up, the doctor tells her he delivered hre babies-twins, a boy and a girl-and that her brother came in to name them.
"What names did he choose?" asks the woman.
"He named the girl Denise,"the doctor replies.
"What a beautiful name," she sighs.
"And the boy?"
"Denephew."
