Another Perspective: A Damsels In Distress Sequel.

Chapter 1-Masquerade Ball!!

Lizzie's p.o.v:

Today me and my twin sister, Victoria, are going to a boarding school. We're only going because our other sister and our step-brother are there.

When we arrive I see Hannah, my older sister, waiting for me and Tori. I walk to her and she hugs me so tight it starts to hurt a little. "Hannah, can you please get off." I say getting out of her grasp. "I'm so glad you're here!" She squeals. I just step back so she can hug Tori because unlike me she actually likes hugs.

After Hannah told us about the masquerade ball that's going on tonight she makes us go shopping for our outfits. "Come on lets go!" Tori basically yells. "Yeah, I'm coming." Normally I wouldn't do this kind of thing but since it's a ball or whatever I might as well.

Once Tori has picked out her outfit Hannah picks out some things for me to try on. At first she picked out a pink dress and I just threw it at her. Then she gave me a light blue dress, which I tried on but I didn't like it. The last one she picked out was a black dress.

"Hannah, what do ya think?" I asked as I walked out of the changing room. "OMG! IT'S AMAZING!" she yelled. "I'll get this one then." "What about the shoes?" Tori reminded Hannah. "Oh yeah, come on lets find some shoes!"

I found some black shoes instantly but Tori took forever to choose a pair. In the end I just found a mask, paid for it all and left. Hannah ran after me since we had to stay in her room for a night before we get our own room.

When we got there we walked straight in, there was a girl sat on the sofa watching anime. "Hey Hannah. I don't mean to be rude but who's this?" the girl with the black hair with blue tips.              "This is my younger sister, Lizzie." Hannah states. "It's nice to meet you Lizzie," she says holding out her hand for me to shake "I'm Amy" but I just looked at her hand and nodded at her since I had bags in my hands. I walked to the closet and shoved my small suitcase in it. "Anyway! It's time to get ready for the ball!" Hannah screamed, "Amy, go take a shower. Lizzie you can use the main shower and I'll use mine." Before we go to each of the showers we hear a voice shouting "What the hell Hannah!!" I could tell who it was, "You left me all alone at the clothing store!" Victoria came around the corner. "Oh my God I'm so sorry Vicky!" Hannah shouted, "Oh I'm so sorry Amy let me introduce you to Victoria. Lizzie's twin sister. They are moving in across the hall but are just crashing here for the night instead of in that horrid bunk room." Amy nodded and greeted Tori "It's nice to meet you. My name's Amy. Hannah's room mate." "I'm Victoria. But please call me Tori." 

Hannah let Tori use her shower. We walked off into the separate bathrooms and each took a long hot shower. When I came out of the shower I saw Tori and Amy talking and Hannah had just come out of the shower too. We all helped each other do our makeup and hair, and soon we were all ready for the ball.

Once we had finished getting ready it was just before 6. Just before we left, Amy and Hannah slipped on their corsages. Tori seemed really excited because she basically ran all the way there. When we arrived we started to wander around and talk to people throughout the next hour.

As the clock struck 7, Hannah and Amy walked into the ballroom with their dates. Everyone gasped at them, including Tori and me, and a guy next to us spat out his punch at his date. Her reaction was to slap him and run off to the bathroom in tears, which I couldn't help but laugh at, all the guy did was shrug and stare at Hannah and Amy. They walked onto the dance floor as the live orchestra started to play their instruments. They waltzed around the room and everyone watched.

When they finished dancing we all drank punch and got to know each other better. Then a man walked onto the stage and said "Ladies and Gentlemen. Now for the moment we have all been waiting for, who is the Ball's King and Queen?" The crowd clapped and cheered. "Drum roll please! The winners are...."
