"Get down!" I heard someone yell as the ground next to me exploaded and chunks of dirt flew into the air. I crouched down into a bomb pit were a tank's bullet had created a crater. I watched one by one soildiers fall from both sides of the war and I was in the middle of it, the war that had all countries on one of two sides every one was fighting on all soils. The person who warned me was lieing next to me. Dead. I couldn't help but notice the blood spilling out his mouth and his hand covering the wound in his chest where blood oozed through the cracks of his fingers. The crimson covered the ring on his left hand, it was a wedding ring.

This made me cringe at the thought of him not returing to his family even if they were dead, even though the war was still early on hundreds of cities on U.S. soil have been burnt to ground with nothing left but rumble and skeletons of people young and old, rich and poor, men and women, straight and homosexual, and all races. The worst jobs availble were the people who had to stack up all the bodies and do a death count, the sad part is this was the only time you would see everyone together, when they're dead. Other then that soiciety had fallen apart as people started revoulting against thier government for a change it wasn't the nations who started the war it was the people. Many governments had complete shutdowns due to the riots afterwards total anarchy broke out and people took sides and started thier own wars. This war was the fight between rule and total freedom
